We just started with Maria House Cleaning Service and are very happy overall. We had our first cleaning earlier this week. We paid $180 for this first deep clean, and were quoted $100 for biweekly cleanings moving forward. Very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. The two individuals who came out were very nice and professional. They were thorough in some of their cleaning, like vacuuming, bathroom surfaces, appliances, etc. However, after about two hours of cleaning ($90/hr for the time they spent), they left without doing some of the basic cleaning like mopping hardwoods, cleaning the kitchen table, etc. They also left furniture out in the middle of the room after vacuuming, and left some items very out of place on dressers and nightstands. We were not pleased with the result after that first cleaning and called Maria to complain. Maria was very open to the feedback and immediately put us in touch with her business manager. The business manager listened to our feedback as well, and worked with us to get another set of cleaners out just a couple of days later to redo the cleaning job. The two individuals who came out were once again very nice and professional. They redid the cleaning in the house from top to bottom. They did a very thorough job and made sure to clean the parts that were missed in the first cleaning. They also left furniture and other items in their place so everything felt very clean and tidy by the time they left. We were originally going to cancel our biweekly cleanings after our first cleaning, but we are excited to continue forward as regular customers with the second set of cleaners from Maria's. We appreciate Maria and her business manager's receptiveness to our feedback and their immediate action in resolving the issue. We are hopeful that the service will continue at the same level as we received for our second cleaning. If so, we will be thrilled with the cleanliness of our home, the great price, and the professionalism of how this business is run! read more

I have been a happy, satisfied customer of Maria's House Cleaning Service since June 2021. They are reliable, courteous, arrive within the time window promised, and perform excellent work. I had been burned by two cleaning service agencies in the past (theft and inconsistent communication) and was initially reluctant to try a third, although with Maria's my trust has been restored and I even feel safe enough with the staff that I can leave to go to work with the confidence I will find the house beautifully clean and locked up when I return home. Given my need to reschedule dates on occasion, there have been different cleaning teams, which has never posed a problem. I have found all of the teams listen carefully and follow through with instructions if there is anything special I need done and many go above and beyond what I would expect. Any communication limited by my inability to speak their native language is easily resolved by showing them what I would like for them to do. Pricing is a fair value for the service provided and I remain very grateful for their consistently high quality work. Don't call them! They don't speak English, they are rude, don't want to re-clean what they miss and the owner (Maria or Olga her sister) will call you and yell at you. In my case they did a very poor job of cleaning my house. Maria came to my place and start argue and threatens me and my family after I asked her to re-clean the bathtub (girls didn't clean it). In the end she shouts at me: "I hope you will die!" I never experienced more horrible service and such a offensive behavior!!! A few days ago, after I published this post I start receiving treats and nasty e-mails from somebody name Roman. Just received my first cleaning job with Maria House Cleaning Service and I would like to comment on a few things: The Company -The ladies that worked on the house were nothing but generous and respectful and very professional. Very nice to have wonderful workers clean our house. -Great communication between everyone involved from getting the first estimate to scheduling appointments. The Cleaning Job: -An exceptional job again by the two very nice ladies that cleaned the house. All I had to do was point to which rooms we wanted clean, and they were very thorough and respectful of the items we have in our house. -Definitely worth the money you spend in regards to time. They don't rush anything. Again, they are very thorough with their work, and you get more than what you pay for. A beautiful cleaning job at a great price. -Nothing they use it too smelly. I'm a pretty basic guy when it comes to cleaning. Also their website mariahousecleaning.com is one that you realize the quality of their services. But I have been in my house for a couple years and thought I was doing pretty good until these guys came around... I have a couple labs and they shed a couple times a year. What a difference Maria House Cleaning made to my place.. I forgot how my house looks when it is this clean. I automatically signed up for every two weeks service.. They explained to me how important it was with my dogs since I have a doggy door so they can get in and out. My house definitely smells better. And most important is my girlfriend agrees.. She actually likes to stay around more.. It is just nice to be able to come home and not have to worry about the cleaning thing.. I have been using Maria's service for a couple of years now. My house is 3 stories and has had varying numbers of family members living in it over the years. Regardless of the state of my house, every room is cleaned so well---especially the rooms we all really hate to clean! I come from a family of over cleaners, some might say--- perfectionists. Here are the key points for us: Reliable: they call to confirm the day before and the crew arrives during the target time window. This has always happened. They have never not been reliable. Value: this is, of course, subjective. However, we feel Maria charges a very competitive rate and the crews provide consistently reasonable service. We prep the house prior to their arrival (clear as many surfaces as possible for access). Maria's​ prices are low and the crews need to work efficiently. Customer care: Maria really wants her customers to be happy. One advantage of using this company is they have​ several crews. If you're not satisfied with the one assigned to you, simply let them know and they will send another that is more appropriate for your needs. I have been using Maria's house cleaning service for years. They clean my house every other week. I like that they send the same two people to clean your house once you find someone that you like. If your regular cleaners can't make it, they let you know in advance. I also like that they call me the night before to confirm the cleaning and to let me know what time the cleaners will arrive. They give a one hour window and the cleaners have always arrived during that time frame. It helps me so I can plan my day. They do a very thorough job of cleaning my house. They clean everything! They also bring their own supplies. If something is not cleaned to my satisfaction, the cleaners will happily redo it. What a joy! I would recommend Maria's for all your housecleaning needs. I have had Maria for my house cleaning service for several years. What I like is that they are honest and hard-working. They do a good cleaning job. I live alone, work full-time, and have health issues--so it's hard to keep up. I have them clean once a month, to give me a baseline of cleanliness, while I try to do some during the month. I recently moved from Bellevue to Duvall, and I was afraid they might not go out that far. But they do, at least for a regular like me. What a relief. Originally I had tried another service, way back when, but there were some integrity issues with that service. That's when I found Maria. And the price is good too. I have been using Maria House Cleaning Services for close to 10 years. I have them set to clean the house once in 3 weeks. I always appreciate the phone reminder one day in advance. And if for some reason the scheduled cleaning needs to be postponed, they are very accommodating about it. I was not very happy with some of the cleaners they had sent and once I let the owner know, she always assigned only the cleaners I liked, for our house. Maria's House Cleaning Service has cleaned our home for 6 years, and we are very satisfied with their service. They always call to confirm and are always on time for the appointment. The first few times we had different cleaning crews, and then we were able to request our preference. Our cleaning lady does an excellent job and cleans our home thoroughly. She deep cleans the bathrooms and kitchen, dusts and polishes furniture and does a great job vacuuming. The house just sparkles and shines after each cleaning. have been so happy with Maria House Cleaning Services. They are always on time and the cleaners are exceptional. My last lady was so thorough and kind- she dusted my paintings and even cleaned under the stovetop range. My house is always sparkling when the cleaners are finished. I sometimes leave clean sheets on the bed and the ladies know to change them. I am sometimes home, sometimes gone, and I feel very safe trusting my home and all its contents to this service. I haven't had the same cleaners twice, but all have been great, especially the last lady who came on her own and lugged her floor steamer with her.
