We normally pay our rent in full on the 1st of every month. However this time the web site was…read moredown. So I went to the bank and got a check to deliver it in person 20 MI away. When I arrived the office was closed. The staff works remotely still. But the "Corporate Location" didn't know this. I was told to drop my check in the mail box. With all the mail piling up. On the 10th of March I received eviction notification. The rent was delivered! The company knew this. I had to reach out to fight for a late fee taken off. Still very unsure of who is in control of this company, how it operates and the lack or care of the renters. If you are a renter make sure you document and take Photos! Get names when you call the company. If you are a property owner reach out to the tenant to make sure Renters is doing all they can.

The A/C is the only thing I can say that actually works and to answer your question about the washer and dryer. They don't have them in the units. They said they would come to address the issue's with a letter they slapped on my and I assured my dog was not in the apartment that day. Yea they never came also. Trash here we only have one and if ya look at the picture it's always like this. OH AND ON TOP OF IT THEY ARE REFUSING TO RELASE MY RENTAL HISTORY???!!! With what policy and authority are you not allowed to release my rental history???!!! I genuinely am looking for a place in 2025 when my lease is due for renewal in which I will not! You are witholding information that is needed and have no obligation to retain this information. So now I have to do the leg work because YOU DON'T WANT TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION!!!
