I said I didn't want to be frozen, heavy, and I talk for a living. Long story short, she injected entirely too much! My forehead is glossy, frozen, and unnatural...exactly what I said I did NOT want and this lip flip has caused so many issues it's embarrassing and unreal. They clearly put $$ first, patients last. It's malpractice at it's finest.

Just wanted to share my experience about the laser lipo treatment package I purchased and completed…read morewith Laser RX spa in Murfreesboro. I got a Groupon deal on it.   I sent an email to the spa manager going over multiple concerns and she basically brushed me off (see the screenshots). So I continued going to the appointments as at that point the package wasn't refundable - the Groupon was redeemed. Might as well give it a try, right? See screenshots for the second email I sent. At my last treatment, the spa manager pulled me into a room to "talk" about it. She said 3 different techs had told me this was not a good machine for me and that I should've upgraded to a different one. That didn't make any sense and wasn't even true. They did try to sell me a different package but nobody had told me that I'd have no results or that this equipment isn't good. And why would they? If they deemed that I wasn't a good candidate at the beginning, they would have to refund me before starting treatments. Of course, they wouldn't want to do that. Nobody would willingly admit that their equipment is no good. She didn't offer any resolution and when I said that she could've at least tried to use the different equipment on me, she said, "so you paid $100 via Groupon and expect me to give you a $1000 package?" I don't expect that, but 1. Groupon supposedly sells heavily discounted packages and states that the full price was $1200, but I'm getting it for $180 (which is what I paid for it). So yeah, shouldn't these treatments be similar in terms of price? 2. It's a procedure, not a Louis Vuitton purse that I'm asking for free, so I feel like it would be no skin of her nose to upgrade me for at least a few treatments to show the results they are so sure I would be getting with this other equipment. When I told her I had called the spa prior to buying, she said those calls go to corporate so nobody from this location talked to me. How am I supposed to know that? I googled the spa which showed the address in Murfreesboro and there was a phone number so I called it. She just refused to do anything about it, which reiterated the fact that they don't care about their clients and results as soon as they got your money. Oh, and they are still selling on Groupon. Go figure why. I
