Don't do it! I went to Amanda Wilkins for Botox in my forehead and 11's and after I told her I was going to use the Alle' 75$ coupon, she presented me with the lip flip option. I said I didn't want to be frozen, heavy, and I talk for a living. Long story short, she injected entirely too much! My forehead is glossy, frozen, and unnatural...exactly what I said I did NOT want and this lip flip has caused so many issues it's embarrassing and unreal. They clearly put $$ first, patients last. It's malpractice at it's finest. read more

I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before going here. BEWARE of Ashley McCormack at Pinnacle Dermatology in Murfreesboro Tennessee. I was a brand new patient and being seen for dark spots on my face. Ashley took a quick look at my areas of concern, dotted them with a pen and then instructed another woman to freeze the areas. I was told I would like I was in a fight due to the scabbing. After 1 week, I had zero scabs on any of the areas treated. I made another appointment believing this person and company would re-treat and actually do the job they were paid for. I spoke with the front desk and they wanted to charge my insurance again and another co-pay. I disputed this with them. The front desk person went back to speak with Ashley who said No, I would be getting charged again and stated that I told them to go light on the freezing. WOW! I had actually told them that I usually need a second treatment and the girl asked if I wanted her to go heavy. I said she is the professional and to do what is necessary. Bottom line, when the office manager went back to speak with Ashley, I was told to find a new office. Customer Service is obviously not one of Ashley's skills. So, I'm writing this to help new patients understand what they can expect if they choose to use her services. Or just do as I was told... "Find a new office". Pathetic! read more

They cancelled my first appointment then rescheduled for weeks later. Got there on time and had to wait 45 minutes for the appointment to start. Not sure the reason for scheduling an appointment if the time isn't going to be honored. Seems to me that they are trying to cram patients in. read more

My wife had hip replacement a week ago. Took a while to get her loaded. Called to let them know we would be a few minutes late. They said 10 minute grace period. By the time I got her and her walker up to their office we were 11 minutes late and they wouldn't see her. I wouldn't go back to this place under any conditions ever!!!!' read more

This dermatology has a billing problem. One and only visit and I was billed 2 for the office visit. I paid day of service and was charged again in error when the final bill was mailed out. Charge was over priced for a removal of a pin size wart. $515.59 Plastic Surgery, weight loss, and injectables is another thing they seem to push. They are your typical franchise, out for your money. $$$$ read more

Nothing changed after spending $500.... I made sure my insurance is in network before I went in for a simple Acne problems and it still costs me $211 out of pocket. Only saw Dr. Estrada for 10 mins and the cream he prescribed me costs $265 (org. $385, insurance.paid $120) so I spent almost $500 that day and nothing had changed three weeks later. I am going to finish up the medication but will definitely not going back ever again. read more

I should've run away from the first time I stopped at this office, I saw on their website and also their automatic machine when I called, that they take walk in patients so I headed my way. When I got there, I waited about 20 min to get called just for them to tell me that they don't take any walk ins after 3pm. So I went home, and went back as a walk in the next day at noon. When I got there another receptionist told me that they don't take walk in at all, and that their website and phone machine is not updated. When I told her that I had spoken to another receptionist the day before and she didn't mention anything about no walk ins at all. So after being a Karen, and asked for the manager they decided to see me. There's a lot that happened here but I will limit to not say much since I will probably get my lawyer involved. This place is fraud, they billed my insurance for a day that I didn't get to see a doc. Please do not go here, I recommend stones river dermatology instead ! read more

WARNING- BEFORE THEY TOUCH YOU ASK HOW MUCH...or IF INSURANCE WILL COVER. THEY DO NOT CARE AND ARE NOT FORTH COMING WITH THIS INFORMATION...while our service was good. They do not inform you of fees involved. Went in for skin check found some questionable areas Dr said could remove and send off. Before we went in we called our ins and found that our cost for office visit was $30. No one ever told us of any fees or let us know that it may not be covered or might even applied to deductible. When you are doing something the dr recommends you'd think it would be covered or at least they would let you know. I work with insurance all day everyday and would always I inform the patient if something may or may not be covered. Anyway I'm stuck with an $800 bill. Thanks Pinnacle Dermatology! read more

I couldn't get a dermatologist appointment anywhere else & was skeptical about this office because of the reviews. I honestly had a good experience with them & got the correct billing... i went for acne and got prescribed a cream that didn't really help but helped a little. Thats not really their fault though it's an ongoing problem I've been having. read more

Did not have a great experience. The interaction with the dermatologist was so rushed. I saw Madison Webb and she did not take time to care about my concern. She went straight to it's just this and barely examined or touched the problem area. I hope that she doesn't do that to all of her patients. read more

Carrie Elam is Fantastic. I have been going to this office for 2 years and never a problem. Then today during a confirmation call for an upcoming appt. I was threatened by Nina Sobiek that my account was going to collections on a bill I have never received. They have my address and I have got bills in the past, paid over the phone and in person. The appt from the bill was only 2 months ago and she really felt I was a punching bag for her today. Well, I hate to not be able to see Carrie Elam again but, I will not subject myself to anyone acting out the way Nina Sobiek did today. Most of you don't know that I was diagnosed with Prurigo Nodularis by Vanderbilt without a biopsy. It is a really tough skin disorder that there is no known cause or cure for. It is such a serious disorder that it is sometimes called the suicide disease by medical teams as patients kill themselves unable to deal with the horrible itching and scarring. There is currently no known cause or cure. I followed up with a dermatologist, Dr. Andrea Jurgens at Pinnacle Dermatology in Murfreesboro, who did a biopsy nearly two months ago yet never called or gave me the results. After calling and calling and finally Facebook messaging them, today I got a call from someone in the office who was not a doctor. She did not identify me with any of the questions required to identify a patient, but dashed on to confirm that I had Prurigo nodularis and that it is "called the picking disease, caused by a person itching themselves until scar tissue forms." I was so disturbed that this GIANT dermatology group and they are BIG, in many locations in several states, knew NOTHING about this disease. There are several drugs that can be prescribed and now a stem cell option to try to heal it. Do not go to Pinnacle Dermatology unless you just want botox and prettying up. They clearly could care less about really serious skin issues. Those of us who suffer from this disease aren't just randomly picking holes in ourselves over and over again, we are dealing with very extraordinary itching that makes poison oak feel like a holiday, real pain, continual bleeding and significant suffering. I had to wait a month to book an appointment and they had sent me many conformation emails, texts, and they also called me 4 days prior to my appointment with confirmation. But when i arrived they said they were full and didn't know how the appointment went through since i booked online. This place is very unprofessional they claim they didn't know how the appointment happened and wouldn't let me book until over a month later.
