I have been bringing my bikes to him for a few years now. Always a quick turnaround and always done right. One time I was having an issue with my bike intermittently turning off when I rode. I pulled up and explained what was going on. I was ready to leave it and he said wait one sec, I bet the battery terminal is loose. Sure enough he fixed it and sent me on my way no charge. I recommend these guys if you are having an issue. They are fair honest and priced reasonably.

Called them as soon as I got home and was initially told to ride back to the shop, 12 miles on I-95! I then asked for Charlie and spoke with him. I explained that the bike was my only mode of transportation and that I couldn't ride down. I asked that he send a contact team to apply the two bolts they failed to apply before I left the shop, he initially told me he wouldn't do it. I raised hell and then he told me that he would send someone the following day, "probably in the morning..." Charlie's a personable guy, his mechanic wiped my bike down prior to me picking it up, but this is a no-brainer. A situation like this... send a mechanic on the 20 minute drive to apply the bolts. Do that, and you won't have to deal with disappointed FORMER customers. I won't go back, and I recommend you don't either. If they're making a stink over 2 bolts, imagine what it'll be like with a large purchase.

John and Frank "know their stuff", professional, pricing was extremely fair and their "craftsmanship" Best in the business. I took my bike for brake flush, and brake pad replacement. During this service, I let Frank know I was hearing a clank around the primary case. Sure enough, Frank and John looked into the primary case noise and observed the compensator, screaming eagle was destroyed causing this clank. They Immediately ordered the part(s), made the repair and had me back on the road safely. 100% committed to customer satisfaction. They go the extra mile making sure they exceed your expectations.
