Just got my bike back from this place where they ordered new tires for me, mounted and balanced them perfectly, even set the pressures for me. Dealership wanted to hold onto my bike for a week, these guys got me in and out on the same day! It wasn't a chopper, or even a Harley, but that didn't matter one bit. I ordered a chain/sprocket kit combo through them about 2-3mo ago. The chain broke last weekend and I went on the Vortex website to order the supporting chain for the full kit they supposedly ordered. After the chain was put on I noticed the thickness was substantially different compared to the one they put on originally a few months ago. On-top of that, the chain they put on had a master link... for a liter bike. The chain I ordered myself from the same kit they supposedly got had to be riveted in, unlike the master link from whatever chain they put on. My guess is they did order the Vortex sprocket combo ONLY. And threw on whatever cheap bs they had lying around or ordered some cheap bs. The chain that broke and was put on by them was 100% not rated for 1000cc. $600 for a pos chain and a sprocket conversion (i dropped front sprocket teeth count) Without the proper chain to support the conversion. Took three trips always broke down leaving his shop. At least twice broke down 1000 ft from shop. Cost $800/never ran right. Dangerous fuel delivery to the carberator, pisses, spits, backfires and bucks light a bronco buster. Never Again. read more

This is way overdue. These guys are the best! Fried my sporty a few weeks before Christmas resulting in the need for a top end overhaul. They had it back to me just in time for New Years. Paid for an upgraded stereo in my brand new harley and got back used equipment that wasn't hooked up properly. It ended up costing me double to have another place fix it properly. System was a plug and play system and they cut and spliced wires. I wasn't happy that's how they treated my brand new pic. Charged me for a wiring harness that was plug and play and a 4 channel amp and installed a 2 channel. Terrible craftsmanship. read more

Long story short, the owner of the shop {Mike} charged me for work that they didn't even do, they also broke a part on my bike and lied to me claiming that they didn't break anything, they also neglected to tighten all of the bolts on the lower triple trees of my Harley nor did they replace the front brake pads that I paid for, also they claimed to have inspected and cleaned off the only two spark plugs the motorcycle has instead of just replacing both of them. All in all they Ripped Me Off, there's a few other things that they screwed up on my bike but hopefully you get the picture without me having to write a two page letter, but I will never ever go there again nor will I recommend anyone take their bike there!!!! read more

They caused damage to my bike, and made me pay for it. I took my bike there for a rear tire and rear breaks. They stripped the brake pad pin, so the first visit, I only got a rear tire. Took it back, after riding it a few months, for them to finish the rear brakes and because the rear end began to wobble, and I had a tail light out. They had to burn the pin out of the break caliper, it took 5 days to have a $3 part shipped, then found out, when they replaced the tire..it was rubbing on wires..and broke the connection to tail lights, and... They over tightened the tire, which caused the rear bearings to go bad.. Mike took absolutely no responsibility for what happened and charged me for everything.. Not to mention, they wrote a job number on my mirror , and I can still see it, whatever they wrote it with, it didn't come off completely, now I need new mirrors.I will NEVER go back read more

I'm a first time customer at SF. Choppers. This is my 4th Harley Ultra and has been riding H-D Road King for work for over 20 years. I'm a recent retired motor officer for a department in the Broward county area and just purchased a 2015 H-D Ultra Limited and wanted a custom air cleaner install and was told to visit SF. Choppers. Mike the owner didn't know anything about me and my experiences so I decided to ask him some questions involving H-D services including parts to factory warranty including extended warranty. I knew the answers but the cop in me wanted to see what kind of answers I would get. Well, Mike provided me with nothing but the truth with no deception or lies with every questions I asked him. The prices was Extremely fair and he greeted all the customers that entered his shop like they were old friends.
