Nice clean dealership. The parts store guys were very knowledgeable. The best experience was I was able to email them along list of all the parts I needed and they responded back with the pricing on each part which made it very easy for me. I literally just walked into the store and told them to look at their email as everything was ready and I was able to place the order right away and pay. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were so easy to work with. Definitely my number one dealership so far.

West Palm Beach Harley-Davidson clearly doesn't operate by those standards. The most insulting part of this experience is the complete removal of trust. They preach about "Harley Family" and "Loyalty," but my experience proves that loyalty is a one-way street at this dealership. I bought my Low Rider S here two years ago during Veterans Week. I was a loyal customer returning to give them my business again, and instead of being treated with respect, I was treated like a mark. During that first purchase, not only did they fail to offer or apply a single military discount, but they also completely obscured the loan terms--hiding the APR and burying me in a 96-month loan while only showing me the sticker price. Last Friday was worse. They tried to lowball my trade, ignoring the national "Hero" incentives ($500 cash and $250 P&A credit), and refused to honor their own advertised "NADA Retail Trade" promotion. When I asked for a breakdown of the loan terms, Ryan was intentionally opaque, refusing to give a straight answer on whether the term was 84 or 96 months. They tried to quote me $42,000 for a Road Glide with parts--essentially trying to sell me $15,000 of "air" and hidden debt while ignoring the 2.99% APR national promo. When you hide the math, you remove the trust. And when the trust is gone, all the talk about "Brotherhood" is just a marketing lie. If you are a veteran or a professional who expects honesty and a fair bid, you are just a mark at WPB Harley Davidson. I'm taking my business to a dealership that understands that loyalty is earned through transparency, not through predatory financing and hidden terms. Live to Ride, Ride to Live!

I'm over in west Coast and I've been looking for a Yamaha Niken, these are a bit on the rare side. The ones that are available somewhat nearby cost an arm and a leg. This place has the bike (or so it seems) Made the call and talked to Steve on 10/27, who said it is available and I would need to put $1000 deposit (which seems a bit high but whatever) I put in the deposit via CC the next day. The wiring was sent on 11/1 and they confirmed they received all the funds on 11/2. I've got the Bill of Sale and Release of Liability on that day. I'm thinking I've got the bike now I just need to find someone to pick it up for me. I've asked Steve when I can pick up the bike and he said "anytime" but sent me to a different address (In Plant City) which was near an Auction house (That should of been a red flag) I didn't think too much of it back then. I used uShip and was able to find someone who was able to go pick it up on 11/8 Monday. As he was on his way there I informed Steve about the pickup but that's when I got the call and he told me they "lost" the bike. They close Monday so he said he'll find out the next day. Of course next day goes by he said he's still working on it... By Wed 11/10 I'm still not getting a straight answer from Steve so I finally emailed Tony (the owner). To my surprise, he replied back later the day and basically said "For some reason unknown to us the auction it was at sold it and we had no idea. It was a big misunderstanding and the facts are that we will have to refund all your monies. We didn't find out what actually happened until yesterday so i am deeply sorry that we put you through this and I hope you would accept my apology." I was just SHOCKED, I mean this did not happen, I paid in full for a bike that I thought I was getting, I arranged transport which now I have to cancel and get the refund. Basically it sounded like someone at the auction house paid top dollars for the bike (even though it's SOLD to me) they sold it to the highest bidder anyway. I don't believe for a second that they had "no idea" about it. The moment the bike left their facility and went to the auction house, they knew it was going to be sold. I was just their "back burner" in case it doesn't. I did get my money back on 11/15 from a check they sent via FedEx so I can finally look for another Niken. I don't recommend dealing with them remote as they're on the shady side of things.

Called them as soon as I got home and was initially told to ride back to the shop, 12 miles on I-95! I then asked for Charlie and spoke with him. I explained that the bike was my only mode of transportation and that I couldn't ride down. I asked that he send a contact team to apply the two bolts they failed to apply before I left the shop, he initially told me he wouldn't do it. I raised hell and then he told me that he would send someone the following day, "probably in the morning..." Charlie's a personable guy, his mechanic wiped my bike down prior to me picking it up, but this is a no-brainer. A situation like this... send a mechanic on the 20 minute drive to apply the bolts. Do that, and you won't have to deal with disappointed FORMER customers. I won't go back, and I recommend you don't either. If they're making a stink over 2 bolts, imagine what it'll be like with a large purchase.

This shop, Papa Wheelies, is the exception. They've been perfect on all points. The mechanic "TJ" (Tom) is very nice, humble, helpful, informative, thorough, and fixes your bike quickly at a very economic price. Not only is TJ very helpful, but he's never once given me the hard-sell with the: "you should really {upgrade/buy newer equipment/replace/etc} this, instead of fixing it." My wife has also been in to see him without me, and TJ was very respectful of her. In my experience with other shops, many want to show you how much they know by belittling your knowledge and/or equipment. This shop was the opposite experience for my wife, here they treated her with respect and listened closely to her concerns without belittling her knowledge of bike equipment, etc. Even better, TJ has turned around my bike faster than every other shop. Sometimes while I wait, without any complaints or high fees. All around excellent shop. Highly recommended!
