They put our minds at ease on a very stressful day. And the total ended up being about $700 less than the estimate, perhaps in part because they worked so quickly. They were also the only one of the three movers we called who came out onsite to give us an estimate rather than doing it on the web or over the phone. I don't know how it can be done any other way. I hired another moving company that looked at the complexity of disassembling my 7 foot by 7 foot iron bookcase and walked out the front door. I called Gulliver's Movers and spoke at length with the owner who put me completely at ease that they could handle the job. AND THEY DID! Disassembled and out in the truck in less than 45 minutes and the price was less than that estimated by the first moving company. I will never call anyone else!
