At the end of the move, they each came over and shook my husband's hand and said thank you for choosing us, he was floored. We were building a house and had a different moving company move us from a house into an apartment/storage and they were awful - so many more items than we initially realized that were damaged and broken that we found in storage. No complaints with this crew and how they handled our furniture and not damaging our new home. The only down side to this group is they have really small trucks (or if they have a bigger truck it was not available when we moved). Our 2 bedroom apartment furniture did not all fit in one truck (no boxes just furniture). They did feel bad and went back and picked up our patio furniture and grills without charge. We spent less time and money with this group and were very happy even with the smaller truck sizes. We hope not to be moving anytime soon, but would definitely recommend Ready to Roll if we were.

They were super courteous and willing to move things twice at our destination when I was not sure where I wanted things to go. 6. They got done really fast, got rugs to lay down to protect our carpets from tracking and saved us a bunch of money. On March 11, 2023 I used this mover to bring things from my storage area to my new home in Kings…read moreMills, OH Unfortunately, not only was my furniture damaged, but they left my Washer in the middle of the kitchen floor as they stated they could not get it in the basement. (i had a neighbor and his 14 year old boy get it down there without any trouble) They put gouges in my floor, and when they said they were going to step outside to "call the boss" they took off with my dolly and just left with machine in kitchen. I looked for my wallet and could not find it so I called "big paul" and asked if they had inadvertently picked up my wallet with their paperwork. Well, Big Paul, went off on me and said these were family and how dare I accuse them of theft which at this point I was not. I found my wallet under some boxes they had left piled in the kitchen and went back to my friends house where I was staying during the move. I did not look in the wallet and was going to call Big Paul in the morning to apologize. The next morning I started getting texts from my bank and credit card companies asking if I had made certain charges. I then looked in my wallet and discovered 4 credit cards and both my business and personal credit cards were missing and my Arizona driver's license as well. I reported this to the police and subsequently one of the mover's and his girlfriend were arrested and they pleaded guilty. I have attended everyone of their sentencing and they will serve time. To this date I have not received and communication from Big Paul even after I sent him an email requesting as to how he would take care of the damages. I will be pursuing this in court. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER

Was loaded and unloaded fast, friendly and efficient. Movers were very hard working, kind and good dudes. I had a good amount of gym equipment they had no problem getting everything loaded and unloaded safely and quickly orderly fashion. Definitely recommend these guys for your next move. The owner was also a pleasure to work with via phone and messaging. I will be using this company again in the future for sure.

I hired another moving company that looked at the complexity of disassembling my 7 foot by 7 foot iron bookcase and walked out the front door. I called Gulliver's Movers and spoke at length with the owner who put me completely at ease that they could handle the job. AND THEY DID! Disassembled and out in the truck in less than 45 minutes and the price was less than that estimated by the first moving company. I will never call anyone else!
