I have been a few times. This time I went for a pedicure. The girl who did it was obviously new. She dug on my big toe until it bled- and after I told her she was hurting me and to stop. She used the dreaded "cheese grater" on my heels. Again she went way too far. My heel is so sore I can hardly walk 4 days later. When a customer is grimacing in pain and asking you to stop, that is a problem. read more

I went to elite nail bar with high hopes, but was very disappointed... For starters, I asked for a simple ombre of black and red, nothing too crazy. Unfortunately it all went downhill. For starters, it wasn't even black, it was blue so my nails are blue and red. Secondly, I don't think the person who did my nails have ever done an ombre, because it was so patchy, a two-year-old could've done better. She then tells me that one of the nails is crooked because my finger is crooked. I told her yes, I broke two of my fingers before. But she made the nails crooked, and each nail wasn't filed well at all. And then to top it all off she cuts me, and it is a pretty deep cut. She also was very aggressive and pulled my hands away even when she cut me, she had a hard grip on my hand and wouldn't let me see my cut. They still made me pay full price. I am so fed up. 60 dollars for crappy nails I'll have to file down and paint over myself. read more

I've been coming to this Nail salon for over a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My pedicures are always so relaxing and perfect!

I normally do not come here, but have now been here 4 times and definitely will not come back. I only came because my daughter did. They raised their basic pedicure to $30 which is high for a basic. They charge extra for scrubbing feet, which isn't that what a pedicure is? Other places do not charge extra for this. Then my nails do not last. I barely did anything at all this last time. Went home, didn't do much, took a shower next day, and look down later and part of polish already coming off?! I normally can have a pedicure, regular pedicure, not gel or shellac, last me 2 weeks. Just too many other places to go that charge less and give better service. Normally go to Bloomies, where they remember you and are very friendly. read more

Very nice place and friendly staff however you're paying a lot of extra for big salon that serves free water & boba. I ended up paying $180 for two gel mani/pedi!! $15 extra for gel & extra charges because my daughter wanted each nail a different color, no designs or bling. They show you a price list only briefly when you get there and then take it away., no prices listed anywhere else. They weren't friendly at all! It looks like I already need a refill, the polish looks crappy, and my toes look like they need to be repolished. They were fairly higher in price. $30 for basic acrylic, which if the paint job was better I wouldn't have mind. Pedi's were $40 & I'd say it was worth it. Brand new so it looks beautiful!! I got a special pedi that included a smoothie, yum!! I also got a rebase dip nails, they both were great and super relaxing!! They look so nice. Just prepare to be there about 2 hours for both services, which i was expecting being i been going to Padella across the street, but i think this will be my new nail bar!! I have been going there since it opened and the quality has steadily gotten worse. I'm sad to say that I will not be going back to Elite after today. It took over 2.5 hours to get a manicure and full set today. The tech who did my nails was rude and got the powder all over my fingers and under my nails. When I asked her to fix it, she seemed very put out and didn't really get the dried powder off my fingertips or from under my nails. The finished product is sub-par; extremely thick, uneven, and the shellac looks terrible. read more

Don't ever get dip powder here. Pedicures are great but they don't know how to do the dip process correctly. First time they looked amazing but didn't make it past 2 weeks. Second time they look horrendous and I shouldn't haven't even paid. Seriously now I have to live with them until they start to break because I refuse I pay MORE money. read more

I had a "manicure" 2 week ago with dip polish. First, onto the salon visit. My manicure did not include a hand massage, lotion, or cuticle trimming (they use a little buffer thing by my cuticles and that is it). I also had clear top coat on my cuticles when I was done and now it's sticking up a bit in those areas on my nails and catching on things. I also was not offered a beverage as all others said were included. Now, it's 2 weeks later and one of my nails had the color just peel right off. Dip is suppose to last 3 weeks at least. I wish I was more talented with my phone, Because I do not know how to put the pictures on. I just wanted to update my review. I have not had a bad technician at elite nail bar but Tom is amazing. For Easter he did each nail a different pastel color. then on my ring fingers he put a bunny and polka dotted all my other nails. I actually had people stop me to look at my nails. This time I did a very lovely lavender color and he designed the most beautiful butterfly you've ever seen. The place is always clean. if they are not doing nails or pedicures they are up cleaning. My mother and I have been going for a while and my daughter just went her first time and absolutely love them. Highly recommend! read more

When one person walks away dissatisfied then perhaps it's an anomaly but when three walk away dissatisfied, it's poor service. I made an appointment for three people. Three regular pedicures and two regular manicures! First my husband, his pedicure was the shortest and when he asked the tech to buff his toe nails instead of polish, they wanted $5 extra. He politely explained that did not make sense to him. His pedi was the shortest and he was not using any polish? They did not agree. My pedicure was good but my manicure was no soaking, took 10 min. And I had to ask for a third coat because it was streaky. My daughters was smudged by the tech 3 times and took so long she told them she did not care for the manicure. The place is very clean and they spend a lot of time offering smoothies. tea, sodas etc. I went for the spa services, not the refreshments! I don't want to be nickeled and dimed for little services that make a big difference. And, when I make an appointment it is because I value my time and theirs. When my service is interrupted and multitasked for a walk in, it is not acceptable. It took 1.5 hours to get my daughters pedi right. No gels or dips! I spend a lot of money on my nails but this place won't get my business again. read more

Elite Nail Bar was great. I went for my first time yesterday. I was surprised to be able to pick the salts and lotions for my pedicure and a choice of beverage (I got a strawberry banana smoothie). The pedicure was very relaxing. The massage chairs were great. If you are looking for a quick mani/pedi, this is not the place. The pedicure took almost an hour and the manicure was around 30 minutes. But I wasn't worried about time so I thoroughly enjoyed it. They did a great job and I plan to go back! read more

The worst pedicure ever. No drinks were offered. My nails still have my old color under the new color. Two of us went and we both have old color under new color. I have been going to this nail salon awhile and like it better than any other one I've been to in the area for it's cleanliness and friendly staff. However this last time, I was completely taken advantage of and charged a ridiculous amount for services rendered. I wanted to start a new tradition for my daughter and I to get our nails done before Christmas so I brought her with me and asked for her nails and toes to be painted. Keep in mind as you read this that she is only 3.5 years old! They cut and filed her nails and painted them. I requested shellac because I wanted them to last through NYE. I knew that would be an additional cost, but like a regular manicure for an adult, I assumed maybe a $5 up-charge. I mentioned my daughter would like to sit in a pedicure chair for her toes. Please also keep in mind the salon was EMPTY, not one person in the pedicure chairs, so I thought this was an okay ask to make her feel special. The manicurist asked if she could have a "real" pedicure. Again, keep in mind she is 3.5 years old and only her toes could reach the water, so I said, "Sure, but a kid version, right?" He replied yes, of course, a kid version. So I said, "OK!" As her toes were drying I went to pay, $45 for my daughter, $20 for her hands and $25 for her pedicure (which is the same price as an adult's)! I was flabbergasted. I said she got the "kid" version, and he rambled on about the shellac and this and that. I was so taken aback I just paid and thought shame on me for not clarifying, but every person I have told about this is appalled and has expressed that I was taken advantage of so I decided to voice it so others are forewarned. I saw other reviews with people feeling prices are not clear so I think this may be a pattern for them. Jury is out whether I will go back because I am well aware I am a total sucker in this situation and should have asked for specific pricing, but I admit, I just did not think they were going to charge very much for a 3 year old, and I want to feel like the people are honest if I am going to give them my business. read more
