If I could give 0 stars I would. They have a policy if anything Happens in 5 days come back in and it will be fixed for free. I went in on Monday for a fill, on Tuesday one of the nails polish chipped and one started lifting. I called on Wednesday morning and went in on Thursday. He wanted to charge me to fix my nails. He wanted to argue with me and told me i was giving him a headache because I was trying to explain. I'd been going there for over a year because it was close to my home. It took 2 1/2 hours for a fill and gel polish because they didn't have any of the polish I wanted. They're still doing nails like it's 1995. I would NOT RECOMMEND!!! Don't waste your money on old polish, outdated polish, rude service, a company that doesn't honor their own policy, and money greed people. I hope this business doesn't make another dollar and closes soon. read more

Don't waste your time or money here! The owner is so overbearing that he gave me and my family the worst anxiety. We got our nails and toes done Friday Dec. 26,2025 and were told we had five days to come in for repairs etc. So we ended up needing to come in on the fifth day Dec.31,2025 because my daughters and I polish chipped on a nail. So I thinking it should be no problem. WRONG! The owner kept saying oh u broke a nail I said it's chipped and tried showing him where it was chipped. He again says it's broken it's broken. So I don't argue with him. He said I can give you discount. I said I'm not paying you for two chipped nails ( one nail on my finger and one on my daughter's. He says it's been 6 days. It's been 6 days. Smh when in fact it had only been 5..Either the man can't count the days correctly or he just did want to right his wrongs. Either way he did not honor his own policy. I hate doing business with ppl like this... Mind you when we came in initially it was three of us. ( Me, my daughter and my mom). So we spent a pretty penny on their mediocre work. And left a decent tip and you would think after spending so much money they would honor their own policy and correct our nails... I also even noticed a enegy change when we first walked in the door. Once they get your money, they are no longer friendly or smiling or act like they don't even remember doing your nails ( and toes) from not even a week ago. My stepmom and I were looking for a place to get a mani/pedi. She had gone in on a Friday, but it was crazy busy, so they graciously scheduled her on Sunday afternoon. She was able to add me on to her appt no problem. The staff were so nice and talkative and welcoming. Liked that they gave us waters and they did a great pedicure. We even talked my Dad into getting a "Man"i-Pedi as well. He was so cute, he had always thought they were a "girls only" type deal, but he felt completely at ease as there were two other men getting pedicures already! The massage chairs for the pedis are great and the tall back ones are the best! My stepmom and I had finished w/our mani-pedis and were waiting on my Dad to finish his. Instead of sitting in the waiting area chairs, our nail techs let us sit in the massage chairs and enjoy a massage while we waited. Also, great mani-pedi combo for the price $35! I get my nails done with the Carolina , Yoselin or Maite... they are great I love the way they do manicures and pedis. They are very good at making your nails look great. I highly recommend. I treated my daughter here for her birthday and she loved it . She stated everyone was very nice from the moment she walked in , please note this nail salon is under new ownership. She chose to get SNS powder dip with tips , and coffin shape. The SNS makes the nail look more natural with less use of the drill. ($55) They look even better in person and I love how the nail isn't thick and bulky . I'm not too fond on the length but they aren't for me . I most likely will visit to try the SNS powder on my nails as well . Her cuticles weren't cut up from the nail tech, the service was friendly and professional . It's a great change from the past tenants here . If you go my daughter said ask for Holly , she was professional, tentative , and not nosy asking all of your personal business like some nail salons . I always give this place a second chance for some reason I either get good work some days or bad work depending on the nail tech. The ladies always seem disappointed when they have to do someone's nails like they don't have energy or want to do it ‍or they debate back and forth about who wants to take you. The manager is nice he's very friendly but doing nails is not his expertise he has done my nails twice only because Mai the best nail tech I recommend isn't always there and every time I do a simple fill in or just want regular paint NOT GEL he pushes you to get gel and charges prices that don't even meet the standards of the nails he did paying $60-$70 for plain basic nails with no jewels or new in trend designs. (that they don't know how to do) ask for gold in my nails "oh we don't do that" or "we don't have that or can't do that" My nails always come out bulky and fat and miss shaped ‍I asked for square natural nails and got fat bulky 80's nails. Came here for the first time today and had Jessica do my toes and eyebrows. She did a wonderful job and had great energy! The supervisor Tommy did my overlay and was funny and very professional. They also make sure to check temperatures and keep everyone 6ft apart. They also have a 5 day warranty on the nails so if you break or nail or if paint chips you can come back and get it fixed for free. Definitely coming back. Recommend!!! read more

So, I'm new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon close by. Drove by Elite nails on my way to Harris Teeter and decided to try them out after my shopping trip. Nothing major, just a polish change on my toes. The staff was friendly and worked me in quickly. It wasn't that busy, but they only have 6 nail and 5 foot spa stations. This doesn't include the waxing area located in the back of the shop. There were only 6 staff working so more customers would have spelled a very long wait in deed. The prices are on the lower side (plus) and the work is decent. After leaving, I messed up my 2 big toes and went back to get them touched up. They did so at no charge and told me that they guarantee there work for 7 days, so keep a copy of your receipt. I would definitely come back again. read more

I was informed by my niece not to Elite nail salon because she received a fungus in her toe nails, because of their unsanitized equipment. I gave it a try anyway because it was close to my home, but made sure I was the first person in to make sure the equipment was sanitized before they used the equipment on someone else. The first time I went there, everything was okay and the prices were reasonable. The next time I went the owner doubled the price for the same thing I got the last time. They charge me for a medi-pedi and some fake diamonds on my nails. The last time I was there, I got the same thing with a wax and they charged me $126.00. Make sure when you go there the equipment is sanitized and to have them to confirm the total amount before any procedures, because they will rip you off! read more

I hadn't gotten my nails done in years, and my friend and I went to this salon just to get a simple manicure. While getting my nails done, my tech got up in the middle of painting my nails and didn't even say anything. She was extremely rough and my cuticles looked worse than when I went in. Once my friend and I were done. They had us sit under the lamp, and they didn't tell us how long we had to wait. I understand you wait until your nails are "dry" but our nails never really dried. My friends nails weren't even painted all the way too. We went in at 5 in the evening, and when I woke up the following day, my nails looked terrible and so smudged. I usually never complain but the service we experienced was awful. I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else. read more

No, no, and no!! Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I get there around 5, see it's full...I'm cool with waiting. Chair finally opens up, I'm told to take that seat. Technician with the multi colored hair yells, "I'm leaving! I gotta go!" So unprofessional. So after the owner/manager sees that all the other techs are busy he says he'll do my nails. Not a big deal, I was cool with that. He completes the fill in on one hand, then a Hispanic lady walks in and he tells me that she is going to finish. Apparently this is her first day. I went in around 5pm got screened for temp and sanitation, got seated and got a gel fill in, the girls name was Mallory ? I could be mistaken but she was awesome, very attentive to detail. I was looking to get my nails done quickly after work so I could get home. I stopped in here on my way home from work. They have GEL for $20.00 which is awesome because the last place I went to in Mint Hill charged $25.00. Also, the girl I had was really sweet and took her time. She gave me 5 coats of the gel. It was only my second time getting gel nails done and I find it doesn't damage your nails like the acrylics do. The gels also last for about 2 weeks. I got Gel nails for the first time and Kathy did an EXCELLENT job! They were perfect and last me about 3 weeks!!! Since then I continue to go back for the Gel. I make an appointment to be seen right after work and I am seated as soon as I go in, and I come out in a timely manner. They recommend other services to make you aware but they are never pushy. I normally go to this place because it's very close to my house, but as of today I will never step foot in that place again. The "owner" or who ever she is, by far is the nastiest person I have ever come in contact with. I got a awful manicure today and I complained about it, I got the gel manicure and they tried fixing it by refiling my nails really? And when I complained about it the "owner" or who ever she is said just get rid of her to the girl that did my nails. And I said excuse me you said get rid of me because she did a bad job?
