Very disappointed to write this. Came a few times and loved my nails. My mom and I come together and usually have no issues. This time today we had an appointment for two manicures (one regular and one sns) and two pedicures. We made an appointment, told the receptionist, and 3 employees as we were asked what we were getting multiple times. We each got our pedicures with no issues besides me having to repick my color because they couldn't find the original one I chose. Then the woman who did the pedicure started my pedicure. My mom was left in the pedicure chair for the entirety of me getting my nails done. They never did my mom's manicure and tried to blame her for saying she was taking a break from getting sns as an excuse for not giving her the regular manicure. We told multiple people when we were there and our appointment was for two manicures. They were prioritizing people walking in without appointments over us and forgot about doing my mom's manicure. Very upset and then told we had to wait if my mom still wanted her manicure after she already waited over 30 minutes as I was getting my nails done. Lost 2 regular customers read more

Not good customer service and not very happy with end result. Had to request to get the nail polish off my fingers from when he took off my original polish. Don't waste your time going here when there are much better nail salons nearby! read more

I WASTED 35$!!!!!!! if you want to get a cool manicure for your fake nails or your eyebrows waxed this is a perfect place but DO NOT GET YOUR PEDICURES HERE!!!!! I had a younger girl I've never seen work there before do my toes and let me tell you, my big toe is bruised from her clipping my skin from my cuticles, she did not even clip my toe nails so they are all uneven looking, and my nail polish is caked on to where it looks like I have acrylics on them!!! It started out I wanted French tips but because she did not clip my toe nails the lines were so uneven and messy I just told her to paint them all white being frustrated by it. Thank goodness for the lady who did my eyebrows because her service at-least made me leave some what happy. read more

I will begin this review by saying if your nails are longer than the tips of your fingers this salon is NOT the place to go! I visited the salon (made an appointment in advance) to get a full set SNS and a gel pedicure. They are not my regular salon but I'd visited before to have nails repaired so I was familiar with them, so I thought. When I walked in and let the lady at the first table know what I was there for, she rudely asked what was on my nails already. She bantered with me for a second, telling me what I couldn't have gotten on my nails before finally telling me to pick a color and sit in a pedicure chair. The lady and a few other techs began speaking in their native language(no issues with this), however I realized they were discussing me and laughing as they were clearly saying 'SNS' (it caught another patron's attention too, as we made eye contact disapprovingly). The lady then came and looked at my nails, left again back to her table. She tells me I can't get SNS and my only option for nails like mine were acrylic. I replied my nail tech does SNS every visit with no issues. I finally tell them let's just do gel and I will get SNS the next time with my tech. Towards the end of my pedicure I was told "sorry we can't do your nails. She will tell you why later." I said to tell me why I was being treated like this. The first lady said they don't do nails like mine. I tell her I said do gel and she says "OH! Sit at table 5 then". The gel was done, but the very next day they began separating. I called to let them know and get it repaired. The same lady rushed to tell me it wasn't THEIR gel, but instead MY NAILS that were the issue. It was repaired, but over the next 2 days I had 3 more to crack(this has NEVER happened to me before). However due to how poorly I was treated, I have no choice but to use nail glue, wait for my regular nail tech to come back in town and PRAY she can salvage this HIDEOUS work! They were EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and not helpful. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE! read more

All I can say is Julie is AMAZING!!! I have never had a nail tech pay such close attention to detail. Every step of the way she was making sure my nails matched in size and shape. There are no bumps on my nails either, NONE. They are even and straight. She also made sure to communicate with me on what she was doing throughout the process. Nail look too thick who did them need to get their license taken away French tip looked awful and the service was mild but low key kinda rude small design looked horrible and the small flower was so thick. I recently decided to try new nails. I found this salon and was blessed to have "Hong" put on my nails. She was so meticulous, efficient and focused. Just amazing. I believe it was 56.00 and about $40.00 for fill-ins. Anyway, my suggestion...try her out! You won't regret it. read more

Wonderful atmosphere, with Christian music playing! The staff are so friendly, and Rose did a great job. She took her time, and paid attention to every detail. I went to Gracious Nails a few weeks ago with some friends. The atmosphere was nice, and I enjoyed the staff who worked there. However, I got dip powder, and when I originally picked out my color it was orange, however when I ended my visit my nails were a shade of red. Also, when soaking off my previous dip powder, they placed my nails in cotton balls, put tinfoil around it, and then placed my hands in a plastic glove. A few days after my appointment, my fingertips began to peel because my finger tips were exposed to heat and acetone at the same time. I will not be going to this place again, and I would not recommend it to anyone else. read more

Went in for a pedi. People were nice, some regular customers were having fun, and the soaking and scrub was great. When it was time to paint my nails, I asked if she clipped any of them. She said they don't usually do that. They have to have something to paint on. A pedi without a trim? It was included on the menu for the package I purchased. Oh well. I figured it was just a misunderstanding and asked her if she would clip them. She clipped some of them but not all and didn't really cut them back. Just kind of clipped the rough edges. The painting was nice and they looked great after but I had to clip them later that week myself and mess up the polish. Overall not a bad place just make sure you tell them exactly what you want up front. Even if it's listed on the package menu. read more
