What an amazing Nail Bar I have found! Lilly and Le are wife and husband and they are amazing. They have wonderful personalities and they know how to treat u like a Queen! The atmosphere is wonderful, the salon is bright and extremely clean. I was very overwhelmed with all nail colors, so many to chose from, and they still have more coming in. My first visit is a Rose Aloe Vera pedicure. The massage chair is relaxing, my heated neck heat pad is calming along with the soft music. They also have 8 wall TVs if music is not ur thing. Lily takes her time and makes sure I am totally comfortable and happy with my nail color choice. They offer complementary beverages, amazing colors, and wonderful customer service. Found this nail spa 2 years ago when they opened, and absolutely loved them. Now, not so much. The original owners wife passed away, and they're under new management. My original membership I got (which was to never expire) is now void, and they've raised prices $10 on each of their services. I found out through another friend who use to frequent this nail spa that the new manager is stealing money from the technicians and the salon. I went in on Friday (2 days ago) and got my normal Lavendar pedicure. The new lady I had cut my nails down, but NEVER filed them to round the edges, so each one has a sharp edge. I didn't notice at the time because I was paying attention to my grandson who came in with me, and talking to him. When I got home later that evening, I noticed that the polish on one of my toes is smudged, because she kept wiping the polish off and reapplying it, so it's got a small spot in the middle with a smudge. The service I got also is supposed to include a mini massage gun on your feet, and I haven't gotten that the last 2 times I've gone in. As much as I loved this salon because of the customer service it once provided, I won't be back because it's gone downhill. None of the original nail techs are there because of how they were being treated. read more

Kimberly was very rude and in a bad mood and didn't even try to help me choose a nail color, didn't talk at all, mean face, She was pretty rough when she was treating my cuticles. Also, they said the SNS was $50 and they were running a 20% off promotion, but I ended up paying more because they charged me an extra $11 for a special nail shape that I didn't ask for and $6 for take off. I had a very unpleasant and completely dishonest experience at this place. Last week, I went in to get my nails done. Unbeknownst to me, someone who was present (whom I didn't know) had already paid for my services -- and not only that, he covered a more expensive service than the one I had originally requested and left a generous tip. However, the manager waited until that person left and charged me again -- as if no one had paid -- even though everyone there clearly knew the payment had already been made. That's not a mistake. That's intentional theft. On top of that, the service was awful: poorly painted nails, no professional finish, and nowhere near justifying the outrageous price they charge. I only found out what had happened when I spoke to the person who paid, days later. This place is not only overpriced -- it's unethical and unprofessional. They have zero respect for clients and clearly no principles. If you're not paying close attention, they'll take your money without hesitation. This is NOT the place. I will never return and I absolutely do not recommend it. I sincerely hope they treat future customers more honestly Instead of marrying them with liqu0r... I have to share how OBSESSED I am with my nails! I work near this location and went in at the end of the day assuming they wouldn't want to service me (like most places). They got me right in which alone made my whole week! I got them done by Michael at Kaito Nail Bar 1, and he absolutely nailed (pun intended) the look that I wanted and the full set was affordable too. Confession: I'm super picky when it comes to my nails so I have resorted to doing them at home more and more. I showed him three different photos of the look I was going for -- a deep French tip with a natural base (on chocolate skin), narrow square shape and gel polish. Sounds simple, but somehow other places have NEVER gotten it quite right and I leave annoyed or spending over $100! But Michael? He understood the assignment and executed it perfectly. The shape is flawless, the base color is natural (not too pink, not too beige like I told him), the tips are crisp and clean, and best of all -- they're not too thick. It's honestly the best set I've ever had! If you're particular about your nails and want someone who actually listens and delivers, without an attitude or being annoyed at all, go here. I haven't tried anyone else but MICHAEL IS AMAZING! Everyone was super sweet when I went in though! I'm already counting down the days until my next appointment and can't wait for my next set. As an ex-nail tech contractor at kaito, I applauded my coworkers for continue to do their best to serve clients under an unhealthy work environment. It was my privilege to serve on clients when I was there and your patron is appreciated. I moved on after giving the owner the benefit of the doubt about hear-say of his lies and cheated there. When l started my job, the owner and I had agreed on a based salary and commissions. Lo and behold the lies and cheated on my hard work shown as I received my so called 'agreed' based salary. There is no such a thing called commissions there due to all the deductions disguised as 'supplies' cost even though some were my owned supplies. I wondered if clients see the final cost on their services and asked themselves have they been cheated even with the 10/20/30% discount? Kaito operated just like a mattress store. Raised the price and offered discount to mash out the final cost. Is there a day that there is no sale at kaito? The owner walked back on the 'agreed' based salary when I quit , which was not a surprise for me since I 've been warned by other contractors about his dishonesty when I started. Bless the hearts of my co-workers who continue to do their best to serve clients under a flip-flop owner. Bless the owner heart and soul for struggling between his dignity and a penny. read more

Friendly ladies Cindy is my new tech, I've been to her 3 times now and so far so great. The salon is always running good deals on already cheaper prices than the other places. Just understand that for pedicures with gel polish it is an additional $20 at this location. So if you're going to have an issue with that please ask for pricing before requesting or agreeing to gel polish with your pedicure. Outside of that it's a mellow environment no noise of loud voices or tvs in the background. It's very relaxing! read more

I decided to try here for my wedding. I wasn't seeing the exact color I wanted for my finger nails but showed them my "inspiration photos" I had saved on my phone and they made it happen! I didn't want to upstage my ring and wanted something simple with just the slightest hint of pink and they pulled it off. I wanted to try out a new nail salon close to my house. They advertised the business in my neighborhood. Decided to stop by afterwork to get my gel polish removed and to get a spa pedicure. It's around 5:10pm, I wasn't greeted when I first walked, finally someone came to the front desk, she asked me "what service I would like ?" I told her a pedicure, she told me to pick a color? I told her I didn't want any just clear, she point to a spa chair and did not speak after that went back to doing her customer nails. I wasn't told the time I would have to wait or when someone would come assist me. 10 minutes go by another nail tech came by to ask me what type of pedicure I would like?, I told her I didn't see the menu she handed me a menu turn on the water which was cold. When she asked how I liked my water I told more on the warm side, no communication, she went back to her customers nails. Now it's 5:30 and still nothing!!..no we will be with you soon or as soon as one of us are done we will start on your pedicure. No communication at all!.. total of three customers in there four including myself..by 5:40 I took my feet out of the water and walked out and nothing they didn't speak!! Customer service is the most important part of any business especially a small business when you are catering to the area of customer and there are many other nail salons around the area. I definitely will not be back and y'all can keep that $25 off on your first visit. Terrible customer service!!.. take this as a lesson to treat all customers that that enter your establishment with kindness and ensure they will be taking care of even if there is a wait read more

The entire atmosphere of this business is relaxing and makes you feel so good. They play birds chirping and waterfalls on the tv and it is so so clean! The service is top notch and nini gives THE BEST pedicures! The massage chairs and the foot massage makes me fall asleep every time! If I moved I would still travel to come here. I've gone to this place twice now! The first time it took more than two hours to get a simple pedi! The second time I wanted a simple pedi again, and although the pedi was fine, I was shocked when I got the bill for $52. apparently I was charged $15 for the polish! Im not the type to leave a review, but all I can say is WOW!!!!! I am absolutely amazed by this new Nail Salon. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. When you walk in, the workers are so nice and very quick to attend you, and even the owners are generous enough to try and remember your name, and make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.
