I came here a few weeks ago, I was visiting from out of town with my husband. It was a busy weekend, and this was the only place that had an opening. That should've been my first clue to this place. I walked in and a man, who might be the owner, asked me for my color. I told him I would like bubble bath;l, he then made the rude comment back " uhm we don't memorize names" ok, so I told him I can google what the number is, he said " yeah uh we don't know that either." Ok, no big deal, don't ask what color I want and then be rude when I tell you the color I want. He then proceeds to prep my toes and the lady next to me, just horrible customer service doesn't talk. The place in general is pretty dirty and seems neglected, but the lady that actually did my nails was super nice and did a good job, but whoever that guy is was horrible. I am not one to post stuff but I can't shake the way this business made me feel. I walked in to fix some paint on my nail. Back story, was there the day before to fix my nail. The lady was very nice and took me and fixed my nail. I tipped her 14 dollars, more than the work done. And thanked her a hundred times. Ok, not complaining. Just putting it out there. Walked in this morning to fix some paint and asked her if she can help me again. Her response was "I have no time" it's just her and a customer and myself. So I asked nicely if she can just paint it and that it will only take a minute she says to me "what do you think I am going to stop working on my customers to work on you." I never asked that I was only asking for help on fixing my paint. Never have I ever walked in some where and been talked to like that from an establishment where I was going to spend my money. This was a horrible experience. I will pray for you and your rudeness. read more

They said they had time for me to come in for a pedicure. I've had acrylic on my toes for years, but came in with clean nails. They argued with me for almost 20 minutes about how I "don't need" them instead of just doing what I asked for. They finally agreed on doing it. I showed them a picture of just a simple French tip. They gave me completely uneven tips. I asked for them to be fixed, they didn't get any better. So I asked for a glitter line underneath to possibly hide the imperfections. They said they now didn't have time to do it.. so they didn't. Meanwhile they didn't even give me a full pedicure. But as I'm putting my shoes on they tried asking if I wanted it to be finished.... So they had time to finish what should've already been done but not my simple glitter line. Mind you, just a French tip with only two toes done with acrylic took a hour and a half. They then proceeded to charge me full price for a terrible job and no "relaxing pedicure" procedure at all. I know it's hard to find good places out here but I would most definitely not recommend this place. read more

My first time at Elite Nails. I called today, Sunday, and Tiffany got me in. I never had my nails dipped before and she was so nice explaining my options and teaching me about the dips! Nila, did my pedicure first and it was very relaxing along with a nice conversation. Tiffany did my manicure and they turned out just like the picture I brought in! My nails were short and breaking and she hooked me up until I can grow my own out. These ladies were very nice. Everyone in the salon was friendly. One lady came in with a hurt foot and sad news about her father and Tiffany and Nila accommodated her so she could get her toes fixed up! We all go through things and its nice to see people being treated like humans. Kudos ladies. I'll be back. Would I say this is a "spa" salon?, No, but it certainly has been the best one I've visited in LHC so far and the service was fantastic. read more

Family owned place, went in today for a pedicure. They are really nice and friendly. The service was great. It was a little bit of a wait but that doesn't bother me. Worst pedicure I've ever had. The technicians do not know what they are doing. The customer next to me couldn't even get a successful French manicure on her toes after her technician tried 4 times. I finally just requested my technician after 3 corrections to paintva top coat and I went to another salon where services were terrific. When I mentioned issue to owner who was an American guy who came in the shop 40 minutes after pedicure began he blamed us and tge language barrier of his technician yet tge tech next to mine spoke perfect English. I came to get a pedicure and it went well. I came back later to get a manicure and I got a different lady. Not only that I was not able to paint my nails with the color I originally chose because apparently it was "not working". She had re do my nails three times with the new color and at the end she was in a rush and didn't even take the time to put the varnish on. I will have to re do at home so angry! read more

I wish I'd read the reviews before coming in here. It's a bit sketchy. One guy cleans your feet another one massages your legs and a woman only paints the toes. My callouses are still evident in fact so abraded that new cuts appear on my foot. It's handy that it's walk in when every other place in town is full. But it isn't quite clean and the smell of the acrylic phony nails is fairly obnoxious. No one except the head scrubber guy speaks English. It's not ones first, 2nd or 3rd choice read more

Uh, yikes, I am not happy that I tried this place. I should have read the other reviews before entering. Dang it. I wanted a pedicure and a manicure, I left after the pedicure. Pros: I will try to think of some and get back to this review. They are definitely not Elite. Go to a different place, I in Cons: They have two people working the pedicure spas (the massage guy and the pedicure woman). They tag team back and forth between clients (made me a bit worried about cross contamination). The interior design and lighting did not give me the impression that the place is clean. The turquoise and pink walls didn't help at all. The air conditioning was off or not working. When they noticed I was sweating they pointed a fan at me, it kinda helped. The actual pedicure was very poor, the worst I have ever experienced. The technician barely touched my toenails other than a quick clipping, no clean up, barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. The massage was ok, sloppy, rough and as another reviewer noted he has long sharp nails. I don't mind deep tissue massages but his style was odd. I hate that I am giving this poor review, but this accurately represents my experience today. Mark read more

I understand she puts in long days, but no one wants to come get a manicure or pedicure only to look around and see a dirty "spa". This place had TERRIBLE, I repeat TERRIBLE service and experience. I went in for a regular gel nail, no design, and walked out with the worse most uneven gel nails I've ever seen. After they were done I asked for them to fix it and they said that was the best it was gonna get. They chipped after the first day and were darker and lighter in different spots on my nails. They were HORRIBLE, and they made me pay full price for something I hated! I NEVER recommend this place to anyone, awful gel nails, awful treatment and overall terrible customer service, never go here! read more

Sorry, but this place is just plain dirty. Nail tech didn't even change the towel from the previous customer before starting on me. She had cuts all over her hands and didn't wear gloves. After she finished putting the foil on my nails to soak off my dip, I started looking around and seeing just how dirty and gross the place really was. My mistake for not reading the reviews first. The other reviews are spot on. Poor pedicure and marginal massage. I did see them sterilize the tools, so that was a plus, but without telling me, they charged me for removing rough skin on my heels, something my regular salon does as part of the normal service. They don't even deserve One Star.....This place is awful, it's dirty and they don't do good work. My finger nail polish came off within hours.
