I came in as a walk-in due to being on vacation so I didn't really know the area but wanted to pamper myself with a pedicure. However I would definitely say their cleanliness is not up to standards. They did not have a liner for the tub which I am use to having at other salons but I needed a pedicure so I proceeded and now I have a toe infection!! Worst place ever!! I've been there 6 times total! Why do I keep going back? Tammy the only person to do the acrylic nails USED to do my nails. I stopped going to her due to her being so rough and cutting me when she filed my nails. It hurt so bad the final time I went to her for a week I had to take Motrin 800mg to deal with the pain. Today I go with my mother for pedicure WORST pedicure for the 3rd time now. Again I get stuck with Tammy, she asked if I wanted my toenails cut I replied yes, just a little well she cut the nails almost to my skin then doesn't even bother to shape them there still rough on the ends. She then paints my toenails, polish on the skin. I think a 5 year old could've done better. I will never go back. The place is filthy dirty as well the leather on the chairs need a series cleaning. Been coming here for years. Even gave them great reviews about 8 years ago. But ever since covid hit this business has really fell short. I still came here until I recently was forced to make a important decision. Tammy the owner was tending to my peddie. I felt she is always rushing and rough handling my feet which she eventually .cut my left foot with the instrument that shaves the dead skin on the bottom of ur feet. I expressed to her right then.. " you cut me" She played it down that she just wanted to put a paper towel on it but was forced to clean it up and put on a bandaid. This concern was high alert flashing back. I hope this tool was clean. You can only imagine the reality of fear. I hope her tools are cleaned. Im 60 yrs old and was very much nursing this sensitive area. It was painful especially attending a wedding wearing high heels. My scheduled appt for my peddie. I was going to cancel. (See photos) 10/12/23. I did keep it and it was a slow morning. I was able to Share with Henry and Tammy.. which she took no responsibility for.. she never even apologized. Not the day she cut me which was Sept 7,2023. I am sad to say.. This disturbed me more than upset me. How many elderly or other people have been treated this way. She doesn't care about her clients. I felt she should have done something instead of pushing down on my area and comparing her scares on her own feet. While she talks in her native tounge to her husband. Talking about me. I wont recommend this unprofessional behavior. I hope no one will have to go though this ever.. by anyone. Went based on a recommendation from a local massage therapist. I arrived on time for my 9am appointment, only to find that it took another 10 minutes for the nail techs to walk through the front entrance, then another 10 minutes to get situated for my pedi. My pedi was fantastic. I upgraded to the deluxe. When my tech finished, I expected him to transfer me to a chair for my nails. Instead, he moved on to another clients nails, and I had to wait for another tech to finish the client she was working on. I mentioned that I had to be at another appointment and asked if there would be enough time for my nails. I was assured there would be. My nail tech was very rough in handling my mani. I ended up leaving with rough feeling edges and uneven nail beds/tips. I get mani-pedis every other week in my home state. I know what to expect. This was disappointing. I've been to several nail salons for pedicures. The first time I came here I was able to walk in and was taken care of immediately. This time I made an appointment with no problems. I like this place because the polish on my toes last. The last couple places I went to, the polish was coming off in a little over a week. I've never had issues with that. The staff here are friendly, nice, and professional. And the polish lasts 2-3 weeks. I love the foot bath as there are jets on the bottom that massage the feet. And the massage chair feels good on my back and shoulders. They do a super job removing any calluses on the bottom of my feet. They look and feel amazing. read more

I was able to walk in to Tammy Nails and get a gel manicure right away and I loved the whole experience. Tammy has a very large selection of gel colors. We were chatting while I checked out the colors, you choose from the bottles lined up on the shelves, and she doesn't charge extra for french tips! Tammy worked quickly and did an awesome job pushing back my cuticles. Normally, there are one or two times where the cuticle gets pushed to hard or is clipped in too rushed of a manner and it stings a little, but that didn't happen at all with Tammy. Finally, I accidentally nicked one of the tips in the light machine and she insisted on fixing it; sanding away the smudge, reapplying the white coat and generally taking a lot of extra time to perfect it. Tammy was very nice, the facilities were great (clean and they were playing Maleficent on the large tv) and I walked away with a great manicure. read more

Went with my mom for my bday. The woman that did my pedi cut my nails painfully short (they still hurt today and I'll have an ingrown on my big toe). The nail techs that did our nails used the same tools on both my mom and me, that's so against state board regulations!! The "massage" consisted of her punching my legs and my shin bones and pulling my toes apart, not even a little bit of rubbing on my feet. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the young guy who did my pedicure was amazing. He deserves 5+ stars. I gave him a good tip. However, Tammy and her "customer service" was extremely lack luster. As soon as my friend and I walked in she said "what?" I said we have an appointment, she continued to say "ok what do you want?" I had to once again explain my name and what we had an appointment for. She kinda scoffed at us and told us to sit down. The regular polish colors are in a weird location. Half of the colors are behind the front desk/work station which makes them impossible to access. My friend had Tammy do her gel nails (with no manicure, literally just put polish on) and she was still charged $30. She also said that she was very aggressive while grabbing her hands and was slamming things down. My man who did my pedicure was extremely kind and amazing at his job. Not even 5 minutes after he was done painting my toes, Tammy comes over and says "you're dry", puts my shoes on and basically rushed me out. Can't seem to find a good acrylics location in town and today's visit here was painful and unpleasant. Women doing my nails was very heavy handed with drill she burnt my nails with the drill, I told her it was hurting me so she was aware. Next came on applying tips she wasn't even looking that she glued half the tip on my thumb not my nail, I told her and she seemed upset to have to remove tip and told me my nails were uneven. It's fine if they are but the tip of the nail doesn't need to be glued to my actual finger. She then made a mess of the glue and was wearing gloves and a piece of glove got stuck to my nail so she tried to drill it off, then file it off and then when she couldn't she had to remove the tip which she seemed bothered to do. Then I noticed one of my nails was completely crooked I told her and she didn't want to fix it. Given all these problems she then tells me to stay off my phone phone for 5 minutes and help her out? I've never been told to get off my phone or it being an issue, this was her only applying tips, and not a step further. All of my nails are a different shape than what I asked for. I am new to town and have a pending surgery next week in Cali. I made an appt. with another salon who said you MUST wear a mask, which I was not told on the phone, or I would've brought one. They would not see me. I left to find another place to be turned away, appointments only. Third location appointments only. I walked in to Tammy's to find a delightful woman who said they could do my pedicureand the young man who did my pedicure was awesome. I want to thank everyone for doing a great job today. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I paid extra for the callus remover and I left with rough patches on my feet and old nail polish covered by new polish. My gel manicure was extremely rushed and not done correctly, I tried to ask and ensure it was a gel manicure, I was ignored. They didn't even cover the whole and told me she was in a rush. Yet, she still charged me full price. Less than a week later my nails are chipped and both thumb nails have completely peeled off.
