I needed close-of-escrow papers notarized, and contacted Olivia, who responded quickly and efficiently. When she learned there were more than 100 pages to review, she suggested I come to her rather than her coming to my house (she lives about 3 minutes from my house...), since I didn't have enough table space to accommodate this volume of pages. It took us more than two hours to complete, and she patiently took me through the process and faxed the documents back to the title company. The next day she came by my house to get additional signatures on pages that needed updating and faxed those back to the title company. She is cheerful and very knowledgeable about the escrow process (having been a real estate agent previously). I recommend her highly. read more
