What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of offering solutions, I had to suggest them myself and even request my own refund. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and there was little effort made to correct a problem that originated from their error. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, due to the way this situation was handled and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be doing business with them again and cannot recommend their services.
