They described everything thoroughly as it happened, very routine and expectable work. When there was a time for delicate artistry to make a tooth less triangular, he was exceptionally careful, and even described what he was doing, how many millimeters (or fractions of millimeters?) he meant to and could safely adjust - total class act. They tried to reschedule but were told they would have to check to see if they could still see her. Then they mailed a letter indicating they could no longer be a patient there. How impersonable and inflexible! Life happens, things come up. Maybe try having a policy that if you cancel you still have to pay a certain amount if it's all about your time and money? I've never heard of a place dropping you because you have to reschedule more than ONE time. Try to have some respect that life happens and sometimes people need to reschedule.

First an email was sent to my hacked email to schedule an appointment which was done. Who knows if they even have a verifying system like -I'm not a robot. Second my job involves me working with disabled adults, at a drop of a hat I'm can be on call. I did NOT give 24 hours. Because I was not given that...but I did give 2 and asked if I could please reschedule. That was 2nd no call no show ( I called right?) Third absolutely my fault. My Dr put me on medical leave from exhaustion and I over slept. That one I deserved. After thousands of dollars to this office and my WHOLE FAMILY goes there, and my dentist has been the only dentist I've trusted my adult life. I'm now in pain, have been ill from it and can not find another dentist. I wonder how I would have been treated if my parents were in a wreck and I didn't call. No compassion no understanding.
