I unfortunately have a termite warranty with stinger (came from the previous owners) also. They told me they voided my termite contract due to not paying for the service that wasn't completed and said they sent the invoice to collections. This came via email. I called, they agreed to send someone else out to complete the job. He just left after telling me that all the items on our list were our fault including, get this , that the pantry moths are the fault of our grocery store and we should buy our food from another store. Seriously, stay away from this company. It's obvious from the recent reviews that they are spending more of their time threatening customers than they are solving pest control problems

I hired another company to review their work and it was discovered they did not complete the job of putting wire along my gutters to keep the rodents from entering the house. They said they didn't know how it happened but they had not completed the job and said they did. I still heard the rodents (which never stopped) but when I call them they said it must be another problem and refuse to come out and are now telling me that it is another problem all together. I called several companies to come take them away and after about 7 people told me they don't work on Sundays, Tim saved the day. He told me he'd be there in an hour and the price he quoted me was 100$ (!) cheaper than the next guy , who wasn't going to be able to come until Monday Morning. Guy showed up right when he said he would, and took care of it. Tim is a stand up guy, who obviously loves his business. I wholeheartedly believe in using small business as often as possible and am so happy to hire people who take pride in theirs. Use this guy if you have retarded squirrels in your neighborhood too.
