I have a house in Kennesaw that I don't live in but needed termite control service so I asked the realtor if she could refer me to a company. The one she gave me never responded to my inquiry. We have an ant problem (which never happened with Kurt) and also I called to have them treat the house and it's been a week and I haven't gotten a call back or anything. Already a 5 in my eyes. I called this afternoon (Thursday), spoke with Chris, scheduled for Tuesday. But then Chris called and said, "Hey, Kurt is in your area and can visit today." Kurt came within the hour. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. My husband and I had several questions. He explained the process for handling mosquitoes. Over a year ago I was tired of the spiders and bugs that would occasionally come into the house since we live in the woods. My husband called around and no one would come out on the weekends! We wanted the inside of our home treated the first time they came out and we eventually found Truly Nolen! They come out quarterly and do a fantastic job. It's easy to pay since they're on auto pay which was also easy to set up. I paid $1,000.00 to Truly Nolen to get rid of the rats at my home. I just keep getting excuses and it's been 9 months and I now have more rats than when they started. They are nice guys, but they are HORRIBLE at what they do. NEVER pay them up front like I did. So after leaving the above review to warn others about Truly Nolen a woman responds with, "please email me", but of course doesn't leave an email address. Next they make an appointment with me a week away, and then call and cancel the appointment after I completely rearranged my schedule. Highly recommend Protect All! My wife and I both loathe insects. Sadly right after we got the keys to our house 2 years ago we noticed we had a gamut of bugs occupying our new purchase. We called protect all, they eliminated the problem on the initial treatment, we see maybe 1-2 bugs inside the house on a bad quarter, usually none. Don't waste any more of your time, call this guy. This is the real deal! Ryan is the owner of this company so when he shows up you know you're getting the one who is most knowledgeable and vested in his business - not some company hiring Joe Shmoe who had 3 hours of training and is now out in the field. Ryan treated my home for cockroaches. He was here within 2 hours of me calling. He is very knowledgeable and professional and uses a combination of treatments inside and outside the home. He takes special care to keep poisons out of reach and out of sight. When Ryan came out he also noticed ants around our home, so treated for them as well. Didn't charge any more than originally quoted for the cockroaches. That was a week ago and we haven't seen a cockroach since. Will update my review if we see them come back. BUT 1 week later and now ants started coming into kitchen. I texted Ryan to ask what I should do and he insisted on coming back out to check it out. He came out the same day. Treated inside and out (again, poisons were put out of sight and out of reach -aka pet and kid friendly). No additional charge. So happy I chose this company and didn't have to deal with any clowns! I called Kevin to get a termite inspection after seeing a couple things that worried me. We made an appointment and he showed up exactly on time. After looking at the areas I was concerned about, he told me that we actually didn't have termites and that it was nothing to worry about. He could have easily sold me a treatment since I was pretty sure it was termites, but he was 100% honest with me. He made some prevention options available and we discussed a termite bond arrangement, but there were no high-pressure sales pitches or trying to make me worry about problems I didn't have. I didn't buy anything that day, but I do plan to in the future. And when I do, Protect All will be the first and only number I call.
