Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating. As he mentioned, they're not perfect, but they made every attempt to get it right and make sure I was satisfied.

Always have to change the appointments, which has been hit or miss on the rescheduling. I often get notifications 24 hrs before they are showing up and not the 3 day notice as advertised. Or you get the notice after hours when the office is closed. The termite guy tried to come two months early and I had to push back. We had a date scheduled for him to come and he tried to change it again claiming we never agreed on a date. Overall not a great experience and I have switched to doing my own pest control.

Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction.
