They are really good and knowing and recognizing a persons limits. I left one day and shortly after I got a call from one of my therapist from there Rose, I was done on the machine and she was busy with a couple other clients so I just left, she called to make sure I was okay and to say sorry for not being able to talk to me before leaving. All the wonderful persons there are very invested in helping you reach your goal.

A friend highly recommended Rock Valley and Kala. She has made a world of difference!! She spends my entire appointment with me, she doesn't work on other patients or her computer. And each visit is different. She plans all the exercises for what I need, not just the old stand by that everyone with a shoulder surgery should do (which is what was wrong with the last office). I would be happy to see anyone in this office. I would love to never need a PT office again but when I do, I will without a doubt be back.

Very pleasant to work with, listened to my concerns, and we took it slow. She assigned me a number of PT exercises I could do at home in-between sessions, and I continued getting better. Came time that she released me from the in-clinic treatment, and advised me that I should continue working on my own at home and call if I need return treatment. Good job, Nicole!
