Not only does she not reply to her messages, but she will have her nurses or medical assistants reply, and when they do they don't answer the question, give you incorrect/conflicting information, or completely disregard you. I am not sure if their patient load is too high or if they just genuinely don't care about their patients, but anyone seeking good quality care should absolutely go somewhere else. You will not feel heard or understood but they will be quick to bill you or remind you how much you owe. Dr. Jarmakani prescribed me the same medication I reported experiencing side effects on and then when I asked why I was being put on the same medication , she wanted to charge me for an e-visit. I replied via message that I did not want an e-visit after everything and the nurse replied to that asking what time I would be available. They then scheduled an appointment on my behalf-without my permission. It is obvious they do not read the messages and want you to come in so they can bill you for asking a simple question. I truly believe the providers here are money hungry, interested only in making more money for themselves and the company rather than improving patients well being. Overall, the worst experience, will never be returning to this clinic, and if I hear anyone else talking about this place I will suggest them to go elsewhere.

Dr mitchel also lied on phone answering my questions again just recently last Thursday even when i asked specific questions about past images if xrays etc and said nothing there... well i looked myself he lied its been diagnosed for years and hes been lying and not treating me and they've told me im too young repeatedly be in pain still now for over 10 plus years as im seeking honest help with no help or pain relief from mercy just lies and shady billing since theyre doing labs and imaging and lying about results so you do more imaging. I have alll the proof its in my med records. They also refuse relief for the excruciating pain. Im in excruciating pain daily, im a huge fall risk at this point, i cant walk many days from pain and bones crumbling and osteo arthritis its caused all due to malpractice ignoring me, my pain etc. This Sounds like a great opportunity to consult an attorney instead of a dr, they might actually help me walk again and not be a fall hazard, maybe ill be able to do normal daily functions again if i join a different medical group that doesn't lie to their patients because lazy or to increase billing and do additional tests for more money.
