I have been working for Elite for over a year now, checking in every patient that comes and goes. I have seen people come in, in complete pain, hunched over, and upset. I have seen those same people leave standing tall and beaming ear to ear over their experience with our therapists. 3 years ago I injured my neck, and hadn't really done much about it. Just fought through the pain, like most do. Life goes on, so should you, right? However, watching all of our patients have such great outcomes it lead me to make a decision - and get myself on our own schedule! It was the best thing I've done. It has been a real treat to be on both sides of the process. JP (and Kane, now at our Lincoln location) helped me tremendously in getting back to my normal routine, without pain!! Things that used to cause me to "lock up" for days, now give me no trouble at all. Call me bias, as I do think the N. After my knee replacement I continued my physical therapy with Hollan with stellar success. Every week I could feel the strength and balance returning. I went to Elite when I was having the worst pain ever in my head behind my ear. I had been on many medications, MRI, MRA's and nothing worked. The hammer kept slamming my head, harder and harder. I finally decided to try physical therapy. I came to Elite, close to my work. This place is AWESOME! Amy Smith figured out is was a nerve and she said she could heal me. Well, she was right!. She had me doing stretching exercises 3 times a week for about 2 months. I can now move my head, take NO pain killers. It is fantastic. I suffered two concussions in less than 6 months playing hockey. The 2nd one put me out of work for quite some time. I have been having severe knee pain. Dr. finally did an MRI and I'm finally in physical therapy at Elite. I am very comfortable there. The staff is very friendly and comforting. They support you in any way they can as far as scheduling appointments around your schedule. The therapists are very knowledgable about my condition. The therapist work well with the patient. Making sure that the patient is always comfortable. The therapist all tell you not to push yourself to the point that you feel pain!! It is a relaxing environment at Elite!!!! I will never go to any other place for physical therapy!! I've gone to another place for a different issue and they did not make me feel comfortable as Elite!! I have been in PT several times before, but I wanted to try a new, hopefully better, PT practice to help me with severe back pain. I can't say enough about the therapy I received at Elite PT in North Smithfield. I was scheduled for my first appointment within 2 days, and the office is new, comfortable, and spacious. My therapist, Dr. Kim, was just the best. He focused on joint manipulation, flexibility, and exercises to build my core strength. There was no wasted time with hot packs, cold packs, or electrical stimulation, just lots of work on alleviating my pain. Dr. Kim gave me a home exercise program (with an on-line video resource) that really helped build strength and flexibility. As a professional, he was very supportive, took time to get to know me, and easy to talk with. Dr. Kim and the staff at Elite PT helped me through a tough time, and months later I am still without pain. This is a great PT practice. read more

I have been coming to Elite for over a year off and on, and I can say without a doubt, that they are FABULOUS !! The whole team is outstanding, even Kate and Chelsea at the front desk.
