But Doug in concert with Troy Booth, TSB Services Utah, found that my skimmer never had rebar to hold it in place over Utah's winters. Poor communication; initially showed hours before planned time and I wasn't home. Never gave me a…read morequote. Ordered wrong motor and tried to "rig" it to make fit; had to text and ask for plan; asked for detailed invoice for correct motor and didn't get it. looked up cost of motor and was charged about $350 more than most available pricing found online; pretty sure I paid for two motors or was just overcharged. repair man was put out that I asked any questions at all. started asking for payment via venmo within an hour of them leaving and practically harassed me for the payment - not a good sign. won't hire again. final cost was over $1100, not a great surprise at xmas time and without a quote. didn't take deposited money off of final bill.
