Terrible company! Dont waste your time with them. After waiting over 2 hours i notified dispatch the keys are in my cup holder and doors unlocked. Woke up the next morning to see my truck wasnt towed. I contacted dispatch, for a 4th time, and they said they stopped by but nobody was present with vehicle. Mind you this was 2am, 7 hours after i initially contacted them. Dispatch stated that there were no messages/notes made about keys being in vehicle. How can a company with a contract with Ally only have 1 tow truck driver. Make that make sense!!! Also it sure wasn't the original 90 minutes I was quoted. It was almost 4 hours to get me towed 2 and a 1/2 miles. Could have pushed it and got there quicker. Incredible that they have a contract with Ally. I'll definitely be calling Ally in the morning to find out how this cracker jack company earned it with only 1 tow truck driver. I think someone renting tow Dollies from uhaul would have more stars than this joke of a company. . Good luck. The company is literally less than a mile from where I am disabled by the way. Very poorly ran. Dispatcher has no customer service skills and she flat out lied to me multiple times. At least the driver was honest with me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had multiple interactions with Emergency Road Service in the past. Other companies are light years ahead of this place in professionalism. The company took over 2.5 hours to get to my location on a major highway. I called them 3 times to see where I was on the list. Every time it was 5-10 minutes and the representative was on route. When they finally showed up to my location, I only needed gas, they were in 1 an unmarked car 2 no uniform 3 no identification 4 no receipt for the interaction. Could not have been more unprofessional in the entire interaction. Then when I called a final time to Elite to inform them of the lack of professionalism, it was as if they didn't care. They gave excuse after excuse for all 4 of the issues. 1 the auto was a new vehicle that had not gotten the decal on the car, 2 the representative was new and they didn't get one until they were with the company for a certain time, 3 again the representative was new, and 4 we don't give receipts for gas delivery. I got off the phone with the representative on the phone and was shocked that she was unwilling to understand, or any compassion from her at all, or do anything regarding any of the unprofessionalism of the person that came to me. If the representative that came to me had any of the 4 things it would have been understandable, but none I felt like I was getting scammed. read more

Absolute terrible company. I was assigned them through Chrysler towing. It had said 120-150 minute wait time. The 150 minutes was up so I called the 1-800 number back. They called this towing company and confirmed it would be another 35-40 minutes. Well needless to say they still didn't show up. So I called myself just to be told another 35-45 minutes. I filled a complain on this company and I hope Chrysler no long does business with this company again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! My car cut off on the lodge freeway I was told my Ford roadside assistance to stay with my car so the tow driver could get my keys. I sat in my car for over eight hours waiting on a tow, when I finally got the call that elite had picked up my tow I was elated and overwhelmed. Tammi was the dispatcher that contacted me asking for my location, I didn't know where I was exactly but I knew that I was on m10 freeway I couldn't get out of my vehicle because of the cars constantly coming I informed Tammi of this. Once the tow driver pulled up he told me to get in the tow truck and this is what I saw. Tammi is very rude and unprofessional I was in distress and overwhelmed. Tammi needs to be fired and never work with customers again. I'm filing multiple complaints against this company and Tammi and I will be getting a lawyer involved. read more

I've been waiting for more than two hours in the freezing cold waiting for a tow truck. The already insane ETA has come and went. I called to check on the status and the rude woman told me 25 MORE minutes. I'm stranded in the middle of nowhere, in the dark, middle of winter without my diabetes medication and they can't bother to make it 6 miles in more than two hours. Excellent. Well, if yoiu can get any other tow service please do that. Hopefully my insurance company will discontinue utilizing this company and stranding people and putting them in danger. Update: contacted ins agency, asked if they could send a different agency and they stated it would start the eta over and take even longer. They didn't care that I was in a dangerous neighborhood without my life saving medication and was freezing. Disappointed in State Farm and disgusted with Elite Roadside Service. read more

My tire was damaged, I called for service at 2:15. They said 90 min to 120 minutes, come to find out, they just make that up to begin with then at 2 hours they will tell you 20 minutes every 20 minutes. Horrible service. I did it myself. I wish they would have told me first off that they didn't want to serve Detroit anytime quick. I left the scene at 5:15 I was on the side of the road from 2:15 to 5:15pm. I am banning their service. If progressive assigns them your case. Call right away and ask for a new dispatch. read more

Locked my keys in my vehicle :( Had roadside Assistance and they had Elite Roadside Service come out. Adam was super nice, friendly and arrived pretty quickly! Amazing how fast you can get into a vehicle!! He was able to get in and I was able to get my keys!!! Thank you so much Adam!!!! read more

What can I say but "Beware"!! They're scammers!! I waited over 3 hours and every time I called the lady that sounded like Smoker Jackie would pick up the phone and tell me it would be another 20 min. The driver finally shows up and tries to collect $40 extra cause I went over my miles. The hell I did!! I told him I have unlimited miles for towing so then smoker Jackie calls me and tells me that if I don't pay the driver, he will leave and they don't have time to wait on me to confirm with my insurance. Make along story short I was able have my insurance call them to straighten things out! But that's only because I wasn't taking smoker Jackie's calls. They are a bunch of scam artists! My husband was in Michigan and his car broke down a little after 8:00 a.m on January 8, 2018. Elite Roadside Service was contacted Shortly after. Around 9:00 a.m., he was told that- Someone would be there to pick up his vehicle in an hour. An hour past and then two hours. Back and forth with the roadside service that never showed up. Around 1:15 in the afternoon Elite indicated that they would have needed a new order because their driver went to a different location. Disappointing to wait for a service that failed to show. Another roadside service had to complete the job. A 4 hour no- show from the time that they were schedule to pick up the vehicle until the information was relayed that they needed a new order does not sound like reliable service. read more
