Elite Roofing is by far one of the best roofing contractors to work with. After acquiring multiple bids on a complete re-roof (removing 20 year old cedar shake and installing Davinci composite shake), we decided to move forward with Elite. From the first conversation with Philip all the way through working with the installation (Carlos and team) team, it was a great experience. Elite was not the lowest bid, but offered the most information and education about their quote, their process and their team - only focusing on their strengths, not the competitors weaknesses. Due to supply chain issues the roofing product was delayed by almost 6 months. This was no fault of Elite, but almost on a weekly basis Abigail and the Elite team would reach out to provide a status update. As the product was starting to ship, Andrew became actively involved to set expectations around the date of install and what to expect. One of the challenges was where to place the dumpster due to circular driveway. Andrew worked through this by having the dumpster company preview the site prior to Day 1 to make decisions so as to not slow down the install crew. Another challenge was how a section of the covered patio was framed that caused rain runoff to flow past the gutter onto a paver patio. Andrew provided a simple solution to install a new 20' of gutter run with the downspout on the other side of the run directly connecting into the 1st floor gutter. Andrew was able to have the gutter crew onsite for installation within a few days. On the first day of install, Carlos (lead on the installation crew) walked the house with me and explained how the install would unfold. Additionally Carlos and crew took off part of the roof where I needed to get access to the attic space to visually inspect the insulation as well as run extra electrical. They accommodated my time and worked around my schedule to have it completed. Cant say enough great things about Carlos and his team all the way from the care they took removing the old roof material and all the way through clean up. Last is that Elite project managers and quality control (Jose) managers would stop by almost daily and check in to see if any questions or concerns. The constant communication was welcomed. This is likely the most professional company i have ever hired from the initial bidding process to final clean up! John T. performed my bid, I noticed right away that he was clean, prepared and professional. His van was clean and he invited me to see all the products they offer. I noticed immediately the materials were of high quality and the small details were included in the bid. From the time I accepted the bid until the crew arrived on site I was provided with weekly updates from Jordan. I knew as my appointment approached what to expect. I was very surprised when i received a call asking if the crew could start a week early! Divino and his crew FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! He was polite, kind and very interested in hearing about the layout, my concerns and needs. The team arrived on-site and immediately prepared the outside of my house for the tearoff, taking great care to tarp around the house to catch nails, debris and to prevent damage to my plants and flower beds. The tear off process only took them a few hours! I opted to have them remove my chimney during this time and sheet over it. My house is very old with a shiplap base which was sheeted over with plywood. Divino was very thourough to inspect and replace any rotted or broken boards prior to sheeting over. The crew worked until nearly 9pm the first day and had finished about 1/4 of the job! Day 2 arrived and the crew was promptly on-site at 8am. They completed the job before the sun set! The job was scheduled for up to a week and was completed in 2 days! They replace every vent and roof accessories with new and even install anchors for future roof access. Divino and his team were so polite to me and were very conscious of my privacy and my animals. Despite the age of my house, I felt important and valued to Divino and the team. They treated my house like it was their own with pride and attention to detail. I will recommend this company and Divino to anyone looking for a new roof. Well deserved five star review! These guys are the best, highly recommend! From start to finish, they were on top of everything. I can't stand high pressure sales tactics. Our sales rep John was the opposite. Friendly, knowledgeable and we felt no weird high pressure for us to, "Hurry up and sign." He was great,very relatable...the kind of guy you would want as your neighbor : ) Once the process started the crew was HIGHLY professional and friendly. Jordan the coordinator consistently reached out and kept us abreast of the process. There were no surprises thrown our way. Paolo, the Foreman was very friendly and professional. He consistently checked in and kept us informed of the steps. We had some issues with our old roof and he gave us several options for repair. I am a super picky person. When the time came to replace the roof, I started by getting estimates from different roofing companies. I got 4 bids. One was astronomically high. The other 3 estimates were in the same ballpark. I chose Elite not because it was the lowest but mainly because several of my neighbors used them and they were satisfied with the results. In every major home project, I like to know the names of each employee involved. Abigail, the office administrator, arranged the day and explained few of the details. How long the project takes and the name of the foreman involved. I was contacted the Friday before the start date by Andrew, product manager and he explained in details the process such as where the dumpster will be located and how much open space the crew needs. On the scheduled date, Sergio's team showed up, on time. After the introduction, he explain that the project is expected to take 4-5 days. Demolition of old roof started right a way, very efficient & clean. The crew covered all the plants ensuring all surrounding objects were secured. Pot plants and such were moved to a safe location. I checked their progress regularly, sometimes hourly and was very impressed by the crew's team work. At the end of each day, Sergio reported progress. Also Jose, the company quality inspector visited the site (at least twice) daily monitoring progress. Project was completed in 4 days. The day after completion, I did a walk-thru around the house and was very impressed with the result. All generated debris were collected. My wife was happy too. None of her roses and plants were damaged. I received a call from Andrew, project mgr, assuring everything was to my satisfaction. Now you understand why I decided to write such a extensive review. After waking up one night with a dripping sound from the roof over the master bedroom, I was in no mood to spend hours and days trying to get a roof inspection and quote for a re-roof. I have a beautiful DaVinci Bella Forte roof which was installed by Elite Roofing and Remodeling a few years ago. I contracted with them to clean my roof which is very steep with many angles. Nathan came on time and was wearing a mask. I have many gardens and Japanese Maples which surround my home, and I spoke with Nathan about protecting the plants. He was very polite and assured me that he would take good care of my plants. First, he cleaned off all the debris that had accumulated on my roof. He then picked it all up and it filled my yard waste bin. I have had my roof cleaned before and I have to say that Nathan did an exceptional job. There was NO debris left anywhere and my plants were just fine. I had a soft wash done and the results were outstanding. My roof looks like it did the day it was installed. The whole process of estimating the job to the completed project was done very professionally. Nathan even moved my yard waste bin to the curb for me because it was heavy. Travis, Eduardo, and the team at Elite Roofing did a fantastic end-to-end job to fix our roof leak. Our house is 6 years old. After a snowfall, we saw water dripping from an area on the ceiling drywall right under a joist. The portion of roof above the joist had a valley, and was inaccessible from the attic. The home builder's roof installer had used asphalt shingles with metal edges in a low pitch area, which had developed openings for water to seep in. Travis inspected the area, and recommended waiting for a stretch of sunny days when they could open up shingles and check for extent of water damage. Eduardo did the work, replaced the asphalt shingles in the valley with a PVC membrane (recommended for low pitch areas), and captured before/after pictures during the work. It was done very well. Before we connected with Travis, we had connected with a couple roofing contractors through ThumbTack to understand the problem and get quotes. We chose Elite because they were honest, professional, and not trying to rush or oversell. We were glad that we chose them, and would highly recommend them for roofing projects. read more

I've used Elite Roofing twice in the past 2 months for some minor issues with my roof. I found Elite Roofing via Google and their location being close to me. A phone call to explain my issue was followed by a site visit by Travis. He seemed knowledgeable and offered a solution and a price. The following week his employee came and did an excellent job of replacing some rotting facia board very high on my roof. My 2nd call to Elite was 3 weeks later for a more serious issue of water getting into my house and showing up as a warping hardwood flooring. I was suspicious of some flashing where my metal roof meets a wall. Travis came and felt the flashing was poorly done by the original roofer and recommended removing some roofing, some siding, and a gutter. His best guy(Travis's words) came and did as Travis suggested, found evidence of water intrusion, and replaced the flashing with a much better design. I've been impressed with the 3 people I've met and who followed thru with very good workmanship. They all offered recommendations regarding prevention measures I could take to avoid future issues. read more

I had two people out to work on my roof. Vince came out and repaired damage to my flat torch-down roof that had been created by two previous roofing companies. He did a great job over a two day process replacing rotting wood and upgrading the rood drains so they would not plug and overflow in the future. The original Hardie Plank siding on our house was installed wrong when our house was built and so many boards had broken corners and were not in great shape. Travis from Elite Roofing came out and was great to work with figuring out what we needed and a plan to get our repair done. Nildo and Manoel arrived a couple weeks later and in a few days they removed and replaced all the broken boards. They did fantastic work and better yet, were easy to work with, communicated with us, and showed up when they said they would. In addition to that they were very kind to our 3 curious and friendly kids who wanted to chat with them. When we had a few windows replaced a week later, the window company replaced the window trim with smaller trim board and exposed an additional piece of original siding that had been cut very crooked and one end had a really big gouge in it. Elite roofing offered to come out again and replace this board as well at no additional charge even though this problem hadn't been visible when they were here originally. I'm not sure which location we dealt with. My contact was Rodney Walker. We had a fairly small repair job, but it was a leaking roof on a cathedral ceiling into a brand new sun room. We've had so many contractors out to work on this addition to our home and the work has been so poor in most cases that we don't expect much anymore. We're always braced to give away thousands of dollars for bad work. Our experience with Elite Roofing and Rod was a stark contrast to our normally bad experiences. Rod was just super great to deal with. They got somebody out right away and did the repair quickly. The roofer mentioned that there was another area around some skylights that would need the same attention in the future. I called to schedule him back out to do the work before we had another leak. They got him back out soon and included the new work in the original bid. After al work was completed, we had some really hard rain with driving winds and all is well. We're really happy with every step of work with Elite and I'm sure that we'll have them back out again. read more

It was time to replace our 22-year-old cedar shake roof so we got quotes from more than a few roofing companies and far and away dealing with Philip Cady on the quoting was AWESOME, his no pressure style and truly wanting to get the right roof for our house was a great experience. When the time came Alcides and his crew did an amazing job of removing and replacing the aging cedar with CertainTeed Presidential TL, they were professional, polite and worked super hard to complete the job. Alcides and team would not leave at the end of the day until everything was cleaned up, one night they were on the roof late getting it dried in and picked up everything using headlamp. Jose was on site multiple times to ensure everything was being done to Elite's high standards and another Salesperson John (who lives in the area) stopped by the first day to check on the project and make sure we were happy with the work.
