I went with P&S through the roofers because they did have a 5 star review. The Installion was really quick. After the first rain, gutters were leaking on a corner in front of my front door. After inspection, I noticed I had standing water in my gutters on three sides of the house after 24 hours, which means they did not pitch the gutters to the drain. I called, and they came right back out and fixed the pitch. Next rain, I observed the water draining from three of the four drains only. I called again, and they came out. The issue was not fixed, so I got up on the roof with a level and sent pictures showing the drain was a minimum of 1/2 inch higher six feet away from the drain. I called again, and they came out and fixed it. I appreciate they care about customer satisfaction. I do not like how they can install gutters without checking pitch. Every time they have to adjust the gutters, that means more screw holes in my new drip edge and facia that has to be sealed and is now a weak point for future water to get into the wood.

Travis stepped up with a solution while others just said they can't help. Forward a year later after putting in a new flower bed we needed to redirect down spout. Sounded like a very simple job but Home Depot and Lowe's do not carry the parts needed, bought all and no combo would work. With the right parts i could do the job in 10 minutes, Travis competed in two minutes. That Tuesday late afternoon a woman from their office called to say they could do the job even sooner on Wednesday, which was amazing BUT if my husband didnt call them they would've never even told him they couldn't come allegedly because they got the wrong gutter color on Wednesday. Ok then they said they would come next day Thursday. Well of course they did NOT show up! We had to call them 3 times before the same woman from the office told us that they weren't coming out again because they didn't get the material . I asked her to cancel our request I would find someone else. HORRIBLE and they didnt even care to apologize . All she said was yeah ok I will cancel it. Bye!

A rep came to our home with different colors and styles. We went along with what the roofer recommended 6" seamless k style while aluminum gutters. The elbows, splash guards, down spouts & .032 mm gauge are included. The 20 year warranty on materials and 5 yrs. on labor made Family Gutters attractive. Our home was freshly painted, the pavers have been power washed & our home looks pristine. We were concerned about this job becoming a mess. Family Gutters arrived at 9 o'clock and set up in front of our house. They cut the gutters to hang right in front of our house. Two men worked quickly, neatly & meticulously.
