Everyone working here seems to be inconvenienced by "all the customers coming in", keep it up, eventually they will stop. As for service, I have dropped off multiple Amazon return packages using there self service station and have had delays or flat out missing returns.....make sure you get a receipt! I'm not sure how they are processed after using the self service station but it's not as accurate as dropping it off with an actual employee.

However, when he told me he was running late (at the time of our appt, only by our prompting asking when he'd arrive) he did not say it was by that much. Our appointment was "around 5-5:30". At 5:10 he told me he was going to his 6:00 then coming over without ever mentioning that was actually scheduled as his 4. He was not here until 7:30. I professionally told him that as someone chronically ill I was frustrated with the delay in communication, as late at night it gets painful for me. I also told him that other notaries had offered to even match his price and come today. He then told me the medical history for the person that made him late (completely unprompted) which made me uncomfortable. He'd noted that he was giving me a discount for between appts which I hadn't asked for, and I repeated I had just wanted to know the scheduled time. When I repeated it just wasn't clear communication (in a pointed but professional way without raising voice) he raised his voice very quickly. He said he didn't give a shit how I felt about it. At that point after being calm with someone who had not been polite or nice to me (I have texts I can share to show his behavior as well should he try to dispute it), I finally said he'd been a dick. He said I was an asshole and he didn't give a shit, need me, or my business and he didn't even give a shit if I paid - all at a very high volume. My boyfriend watching got anxious and said if he hadn't left a minute later, he was about to step between him and I and kick him out. Not only was he late and unprofessional in communicating that, he was straight up scary. Be careful who you let in your home. You don't know what flips their switch. I guess at least he didn't charge us? That saving a whole $35 really made this all worth it.
