I use this location frequently as well as the one on Pearl Rd in Strongsville. This location is by far has the worst service and rudest employees. Everyone working here seems to be inconvenienced by "all the customers coming in", keep it up, eventually they will stop. As for service, I have dropped off multiple Amazon return packages using there self service station and have had delays or flat out missing returns.....make sure you get a receipt! I'm not sure how they are processed after using the self service station but it's not as accurate as dropping it off with an actual employee. read more

I've gone to this location for 10 years or more. I've found Ginger and the rest of the staff to be helpful and friendly. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews, perhaps some people are just having a bad day, or are in a rush. Try to be kind to people, and remember everyone has bad days. read more

So rude! I went in this morning at a few minutes before 9 am. No one else was in the store. The woman behind the counter was really rude. I was relating what was to be a brief explanation in response to her question as to whether the two items I was returning to Amazon were exactly the same. She cut me off mid-sentence to say she did not care about the story, were they exactly the same. I was stunned! So incredibly rude for no ostensible reason. I have used this store over the years and have finally given up because of the poor service and rudeness of the staff. My final straw was an Amazon return that had explicit instructions, which I followed. I have used this store for Amazon returns at least a dozen times in the last two years to date with no issues. The staff person advised me she had done this a hundred times and would not process my return. She did so in a very vile, condescending manner. Other customers in the store looked on in amazement and shock. I responded "very well" and left the store. I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this store. read more

I have frequented this business a number of times as it's located close to work. Every time I go in, I get the distinct feeling I'm inconveniencing the people working there. Whether it someone on the phone while the line grows longer and longer, or the fact that they employees barely acknowledge customers, it seems that everyone there is miserable. There is an older woman who seems to be the person in charge at this UPS. Every time I've gone in there there is a super long line and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Forget about taking Amazon returns there because they get super annoyed with you and purposely take forever to package up the items in front of you. I've never dealt with such rude people in my life. There will be a long line of people and employees. Just standing there, staring at everyone instead of actually doing the work. And if you go in at half hour before clothes, don't expect to be treated with any kind of respect because they are really annoyed that you're there that late. I have to go in late often because of my husband getting off of work late. I try my best to avoid this location at all cost. I brought in a package that needed a tiny strip of tape on one side, and the woman was so rude to me and charged me one dollar for about 1 inch of tape. I have been to other locations and they have all been so much better than this one. The Medina location is top-notch, fast, and friendly. This place needs new management. read more

I paid 18$ for shipping some beer to this UPS store, my confirmation emails and shipping options did not mention they would be OR may be additional 5$ charge or any charge for pickup. 5$ is pretty steep for them to stick a box in the corner and wait, ok fine. I also tried to show the guy my ID, but he just asked for my name, got the package and started spouting off about the 5$ "holding fee"They were also required to see my ID and get my signature which they did not. Probably because I was angry about an additional charge on a already substantial shipping cost. BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AND UNABIDED PROTOCOL. Went in to the store, the clerk took my package (had pre-paid shipping label already), weighed it, printed a receipt and handed it to me all very efficiently. Why then only two stars? She did all this while talking on the phone (a personal call by the sound of it)! I wanted to also tell her their web site says they open at 7am. Wrong! This was my return trip there finding them closed at 8am. But, the minute she handed me the receipt, she turned her back and walked away to continue her conversation! Asked my parents to ship my IPAD they were ill advised and charged nearly $50 to ship it to Chicago- FedEx would had been $17.00. The IPad was already packaged in the packing that the IPAD was shipped in from China. They insisted on re-packing it! Talked to the owner- only offered a $5.00 in store credit. I told him "Good Luck with that customer service!". We won't be back and will also, now use FedEx. Be cautious, UPS does not assist with UPS Store Franchisees. AND UPS did not care about my issue with their Franchisee. That's way, I'll Fed Ex when I have a choice! read more

I went into the store expecting to overnight ship a package using a UPS account number. This location does not allow their employees to bill shipping charges to a UPS account.
