I stood in front of the desk while the man working there never said a word to me, he was just talking to other emoyees and filling a box. finally the other worker called me over, meanwhile the line is anout to go out the door. again no one said we will be with you soon, no hi welcome, nothing. then you want to charge me $23 to a small package, took it to the post office for $18. UPS needs to get better employees or do a better job training there people! I'll go to a different location next time.
