I was already irritated at the fact that the PA did not know or have all the initial information on hand in which she stated "she just grabbed my chart" Dr. Hunt came in and was very thorough and considerate however she gave me a list of lasers she recommended which was at a extreme price and was more over price than anyone I've been quoted for and the chemical peels was hundreds of dollars which can be covered for insurance and free but they only do out of pocket peels. In retrospect I will not be going back and wouldn't recommend due to pricing and miscommunication.

I saw Ann Froemming while there, she and her assistant were both extremely nice and helpful. They both made discussing my treatment and the options for it very easy and relaxed. I was able to have most of my needs addressed in this appointment with the ability to follow up if desired. I also needed a referral which they handled in house and the office for the referral has even already called after only one day since the appointment. I would recommend the office for medical dermatology needs!

The doctor was very knowledgeable however he had his P.A. There and she seemed a little like maybe she didn't like the doctor she was working for too well. When he left the room she made fun of him to her assistant. My wife has melanoma on her back and she had a rather large chunk taken out and sent off to be determined if they had gotten it all. When they were done I asked if there were any prescriptions and the nurse said that she didn't need anything. My wife was in a good deal of pain for several days afterwards and called three times only to not have her calls returned. On the 10th day I called and complained, they said they finally had her results in and she was clear. 10 day my wife hurt and was psychologically tortured wondering if she was gonna have to get more done or if she was in even worse shape. Again 3 calls and not one returned. Unacceptable. Definitely not going back.

I feel like she is personally interested in my health and satisfaction with every visit. I look forward to seeing her. My children have seen Suzanne Vickers, the PA. She is very good at what she does and has the sweetest way with kids. She always remembers us and we chat like old friends when we see her. We've seen Dr. Glick just once, but she was very professional too. The staff have been helpful and courteous. We had some issues when our insurance didn't want to cover one medication but the staff worked it out for me by submitting a prior authorization form (my prescription insurance can be difficult to work with so I appreciate the way they handled it). I've been so many times that I can't give an actual number and we are usually called back to see the doctor after waiting from 0-15 minutes past the appointment time. I think most doctors' offices are like that. Once, we had to wait an hour, but that has never happened again (I guess everyone has a bad day). When you go, wear a sweater (even in the summer) because the waiting room is really cold! I'd recommend Dr. Groysman and her staff to anyone who needs a caring and thorough dermatologist.

Eventually my refills were gone and it was time to bite the bullet. A friend recommended Dr. Lipperd, so I called to make an initial appointment. First, I was really happy that this is basically a stand alone location with a private lot. No parking decks, elevators, or long hallways to deal with. The waiting room was pretty crowded, but everyone seemed to be called in a timely manner. I met with a nurse, a nurse practitioner, and then Dr. Lipperd. All three were friendly and seemed to actually care. After discussing my medical history and current and past medications, I felt VERY comfortable with the entire group.
