She wasn't just trying to sell us a package - she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a couple, our story, and the kind of vibe we wanted our wedding to have. That first impression stuck with us. Over the next two years of planning, Abby and her team brought our ideas to life and helped to make our dream wedding a reality. Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. You can tell they love what they do and that they actually enjoy working together - it felt like they were more of friends than coworkers. Whenever unexpected hiccups came up (and they always do in wedding planning), Abby handled them with grace and a sense of humor. She's done hundreds of weddings, so she always had the experience to guide us to make informed decisions. It was so fun working with the entire team and it made the stressful process of wedding planning feel less stressful. Execution: This is where Abby and her team truly shine. Planning is one thing, but executing flawlessly is another and they did it all seamlessly. From coordinating vendors to keeping our timeline on track, they were everywhere and nowhere all at once, putting out fires behind the scenes before we even knew they existed. The day flowed perfectly. At the end of the night, we were blown away to see how they had already packed up all our belongings, made sure our ride was ready, and tied up every little loose end without us lifting a finger. That level of thoughtfulness really showed how much they care. Budget & Financial Management: The truth is weddings are expensive, and it's easy for costs to spiral if you're not careful. Abby was phenomenal at keeping everything organized and transparent. She tracked every expense, set reminders for upcoming milestone payments for vendors, and even handled tipping for all our vendors so we didn't have to stress about it on the big day. What really stood out was her honesty and foresight -- anytime a decision could push us beyond our budget, she proactively flagged it and walked us through the financial trade-offs before we committed. Thanks to her meticulous tracking and planning, there were zero surprises at the end. Everything was clearly outlined and accounted for, which gave us complete peace of mind. In short, Abby and her team are the best in the business. They bring design expertise, organization, and heart to every step of the process. Working with Abby and Amanda definitely made the entire wedding planning process seamless. On the day of our wedding and weeks leading up to it, Abby and Amanda ensured that our decorations and everything came out according to plan. From the moment I first reached out to them to the event day, everything was perfect! They were super responsive after my initial inquiry email. I shared my vision with them and got great suggestions. I needed help planning my son's first birthday in a Korean Traditional way (Dol). I had no idea where to begin and how to plan so I needed expert help. I did not want to trouble my family and with my limited free time it only made perfect sense to have a planner who specializes in this type of event to assist me. Ivy is a great designer and really nailed it. She made my vision come true. I was looking for a fusion theme: an outer space theme with Korean elements. Terry is a great entertainer and I was lucky to have him MC'd our event. They were both super friendly and professional. They were both extremely helpful and on the event day they both took charge coordinating the event. My friends and family were impressed with the whole event. They all commented how great the set up was and how fun the party was. My MIL was the happiest. She let me know this was one of the best Dol parties she has ever been to. She loved everything. We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. We had to move some chairs around before the ceremony started so that my family could be comfortable. You also have to walk to the venue building to use the restroom which is a pretty hefty walk in heels and a long dress. They do have golf carts available but where were they? Don't know. Only saw them after the ceremony. The building where the reception was held was okay. It needed some renovation but the decorations for the wedding made it nice. That is not standard practice at all, and she completely felt uncomfortable. On top of that, this creates a real privacy and security concern. Personal belongings like wallet, phone, and other valuables are typically kept in the cart, and being required to share that space with someone you don't know raises the risk of loss or theft. When we raised concerns, guy at the proshop said I'd have to pay $16 extra for her to ride alone with a theory we paid for a seat and not the cart! How ridiculous! I have never heard anything like this before because we all paid for the cart. Next day, we played at Skylinks in Long Beach, which is also a Los Angeles municipal course, and they gave our 3rd player her own cart. And 4th individual player got his own cart. So this is certainly not a norm. Dear management, your cart sharing policy could discourage players from returning and may ultimately impact customer retention more than it helps operational savings. I kindly ask that you reconsider or provide more flexible options for guests.

Your company made everything from start to finish so incredibly easy. Not once, did I feel stressed out or frustrated while planning my wedding. Everything was well planned from our very first phone call, up to the big day. Everyone on this team is so willing to help out with everything. Our food was incredible, as were the drinks. I have gotten so many compliments about the food and dessert. There was nothing to take home because everything was devoured! The bartenders always made sure I had a drink in my hand and the servers made sure we got to eat as much as we wanted! Our DJ absolutely crushed it! We had people dancing the whole night long. Our timeline was perfect and one thing flowed right into the next without a single hiccup. This whole staff is like a family and you can tell that everyone absolutely loves working for Cassie and Gilbert. Brittany was our main point of contact and she took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted this day to look like. She then took that vision and blew it out of the water. I emailed again the next day and asked them to call me. They called me two days later and I provided them with my information and wedding date. After a brief exchange of emails to arrange a date to meet, they stopped communicating with me. Two days later, they finally emailed me and told me the date of my wedding was now booked and they were unavailable. I cannot comment on their actual services, but their communication is not good.
