In my experience, infection control and cleanliness did not appear to be taken seriously. I observed treatment beds not being changed between clients, HydraFacial and DiamondGlow tips being reused rather than replaced after each client, and the office itself appeared unclean. I also had serious concerns about whether everyone performing aesthetic treatments had the appropriate licensing or qualifications. Another thing potential clients should be aware of is that many of the recent positive reviews appear to have been posted by employees, which gives what I believe is a misleading impression of the business. Please do your own research before booking. Ask who will be performing your treatment, verify their credentials if that's important to you, and don't let heavily discounted specials be the only reason you choose this place. Your skin, your health, and your safety are worth far more than saving a few dollars.

The person in the front said she was "the best". My nails lifted within 3 days. She told me I could go in to fix them. But I work too much to go again. I should not have to go again if you know how to do nails correctly. She also was going to let me leave the salon with hair in my gel but she was okay with leaving me with crooked French tips. She repeatedly said nothing was wrong with them. It's astonishing how quality isn't apart of this salon. I also got a pedicure and they aren't the best either. I specifically asked for them to not use gel polish on my 4yo. She accidentally brushed her nail on something and I asked for them to fix it. They ended up putting gel on her at the end. Now after a week I am having to take off all my nails due to lifting. I don't understand how I got a discount (what the guy told me I got) $149 seems like the usual. I had done my research prior to buying a package from ALS, and thought I was making an informed decision for my provider. The package I purchased was for upper lip and brazilian. Initially they had me coming in every 6 weeks, which I have since learned was entirely to frequently for my personal hair growth cycles, and the laser they were using was an older model, the point and click kind. It was painful, and I had no decrease in lip (stache') hair growth, and the bikini/brazilian was still a patchwork design after 6 treatments, with a LOT of hair left. Frankly, I looked like I had mange down there. :( Since they closed, I have turned to Aloft Beauty for my services. Pit hair . . . GONE! Lip hair . . . well, almost GONE! Bikini/brazilian, finally smooth! The other big difference for me was the level of discomfort, so much less with the rolling type of treatment. They are using the Soprano ICE, the latest and greatest, and believe me, it is a highly noticeable difference!!
