I called twice with no answer and couldn't leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I also emailed to let him know I was on-site and trying to reach him, and I received no response. I then tried contacting him through the online tax document portal chat function (which he instructed me to use to upload my documents), and still no response. I took time off work and used PTO to make this appointment. Given that I was asked to upload sensitive personal information (driver's license, SSN, and tax documents), being completely ghosted at the last minute is unacceptable. I would not recommend a tax professional who confirms an appointment, is a no-show, and provides no communication.
