The owner happened to be there. I told her I wanted to schedule my appointments and redeem my gift certificates. Well, she refused to honor them. She gave me some song and dance that she didn't have to, because the company had changed. Blah blah blah! It was all excuses to keep the money, but not offer the services. Never buy their gift certificates, they'll take your money, but not give you the services. Zero Integrity!
