My experience with Xin was amazing. She really knows her stuff. It's very clear she has a strong background in anatomy and Chinese medicine. Her walking on my back felt was incredible. I would say it was more like a ballet on my back that tip toed all of the right spots needed for relief. I'm definitely hooked on her skillset, she's an amazing masseuse and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing massage and relief. Be sure to tell her what's wrong with your body, even if you don't she will be able to see just by looking at you. I called 15 min ahead of my arrival. The therapist was quick to respond and proceeded (with attitude) to give me directions. Because of work being done on the building in front of the spa there where multiple areas of the road blocked off. She proceeded to call me back and YELL at me telling me that I didn't listen to her. She was so rude that if I wouldn't have lost my money due to the cancelation policy I would have immediately looked elsewhere. Side note: The elevator down to the spa is by their restaurant, which at least their brunch looked droolworthy for my next trip. I filled out a form upon sign up detailing where I needed more work (lower back & legs), whether I've had massage before, etc. Jae, my massage therapist, checked out a few spots and offered their added option for a different massage lotion for my sunburned back.
