I made an appointment a week prior to my visit. I got to the shop on time. There was a girl sitting…read morebehind the counter. I spoke to her. She didn't even look up and said "one of them will be out to talk to you in a minute." Meaning a technician, I guess. Several technicians came in and out of the office, but not one acknowledged me in anyway. I'm getting too old to waste my time on businesses/people with poor customer service. This was simply disrespectful. (I doubt they cared that they lost my business.) Therefore, I called another shop and drove 30 minutes to get here. We'll see what kind of service I get. I'll be posting another review on this new shop when my car is repaired. Moral of the story, be nice, and respect people who are trying to pay you for a service.

Alberto arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem (a screw in my tire), and was able to repair, refill, and replace the tire in no time at all!
