He was not polite in any manner claiming I was disrespecting him. Like I should be a happy camper when they damage my $160K SL550? Now I have several cracks on the bumper, and they are refusing to compensate me for the damage. Then the tow truck driver took me to get my tire fixed and as he was taking the car off the tow truck, he did even more damage twice to the front end. Absolutely pathetic.
