Our experience with Blink Facility Solutions -- specifically with Thomas and Todd -- was extremely…read moredisappointing from both a communication and execution standpoint. Our facility is only about 5,000 square feet, yet even basic expectations weren't met. When we followed up on simple issues such as restrooms not being stocked and trash left in common areas, there was no constructive dialogue. Instead, on Friday, their team abruptly dropped off our facility keys without notice, and today we received an email from Todd confirming that Blink was "stepping away" due to "confusion relating to scope, pricing, and staffing challenges." There was no attempt to clarify, communicate, or professionally resolve any concerns -- only avoidance and an unprofessional exit. I was initially drawn to Blink because of their track record with Elevation Church, but that reputation did not align with our experience. Based on the lack of accountability and follow-through from Thomas and Todd, I would not recommend Blink Facility Solutions to any organization seeking reliability or professionalism.

Never got a confirmation call, so we called the day before and they had no idea about our appointment, but took our info again and said they'd be here. Well... Long story short, no one showed up, no one even returned the numerous calls asking if they were coming. Someone finally texted my husband 4 hours after the appt and said they were not coming. I should have known better, but save yourself the headache!

The day before the appointment, they changed my appointment time because they wanted to squeeze in another client who was having a baby the next day. I spoke with them the night before confirming the time of the appointment and also confirming someone would be home to let them in. The day of the scheduled service, they did not show up on time. They were calling me to make sure someone was going to be home even though we had confirmed all of this the night before. When I was able to call back, I was informed that they call the day of to confirm. Had I been told that the night before when we talked, I could have given a phone number that could have been answered more quickly. After arriving 2 hours after the scheduled time, the cleaning itself was substandard. They did not empty my trash cans. The shower and bathtub were not cleaned well at all. The only part of the shower that appeared to have been cleaned was the glass door and wall. The shower itself was not cleaned. I normally tip very well, but the service was so bad I gave their tip to my mother who wasted the better part of her day waiting for them to arrive. When I emailed my feedback, all I got was excuses. They sent an email saying my refund was in the mail. Then, I got another email telling me to disregard. The maid said she spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning the glass shower door and wall. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
