David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. I went yesterday to get some tile for my garage project and they had tiles out on the front parking area where they were shampooing and cleaning them with a scrub brush. It's obvious they take pride in their work and want their customers to enjoy the tile as much as they do. Their bathroom is very clean if you need to visit it, and their grout options seem limitless.
