Never say never!! Of course we get stuck just off the road that is not labeled on any map or gps. Was quoted $600PLUS from salt flats towing (due to being greater than 20 feet from i80- but like who gets stuck in the mud on a highway anyways?? Lol) before finding Ricks number. I gave him our location based off the colors and directions of the surrounding mountains / flats and he found us no problem! And less than a third of the cost! Wasn't a difficult job but it was really far out of the way and he was already running errands. THANK YOU SO MUCH for pausing your day to come help out a couple stranded gals. The truck broke down after 1 hour of driving and try to contact him and he never answer call or reply messages. And luckily there was truck stop near by and they change the same filter again cost $235 and truck works fine after that. He didn't put the filter correctly. Please avoid. Attached is the proof that it was you Eddie and you hung up on me and never answer calls after that and I texted you as well. You said don't bother before hanging up. You charged me $897.77 for def filter change and labor. We were 5-8 Miles away from your shop. I contact you around 7:30am and you first said you will be there around 10 then 12 and you did update me that you are running late but didn't show up until around 3pm. I was fine with all that even the cost, I know and understand road services will cost some extra money but my truck break down with same issue 1 hour of drive and you should have come out and fixed it since it was your fault instead of ignoring me and hang up the call. I hired Rob to replace the radiator on my semi truck. Everything went well at the beginning a week…read morelater the truck left and the coolant level had dropped about an inch. We thought it was normal so we refilled it and continue using the truck 2 1/2 months later The radiator began leaking A large amount of coolant through the bottom, my mechanic took out the bumper, and when inspecting the bottom of the radiator, we realized that a a bolt was never screwing to the frame, and it was left hanging in between two of the tubes. We realize that with the vibration of the truck and the bolt moving back-and-forth, it had open a hole on the bottom of the radiator. There was also a bracket that was left unbolted and just hanging on the bottom. I contacted Rob to ask about the warranty on this so that I can replace the radiator and Rob no longer answers my calls or text messages. And almost $4000 job lasted 2 1/2 months.

We got in touch with SFT through Enterprise (bc we have a rental car) and JEFF CAME TO THE RESCUE. He drove around at the salt flats for over an hour trying to find us- he sent pins of his location, called us, assured us he would be out all night trying to find us. At the end of the day, we actually got our tire replaced ourselves while waiting for him but his kindness, reassurance, professionalism, and speediness to get to us is commendable. CALL THEM IF YOURE EVER STUCK.
