I was coming from Vegas to Bonneville Salt Flats. I drove up through NV. There are six towns in a 5 1/2 hour drive. I did not know that Wendover existed but about 45 minutes out I had gotten a low tire pressure warning on my car, which is very scary when you're in the middle of a literally nowhere. My plan was just to pump up the tire and hope for the best. On the way to the gas station I was passing this place and I thought oh I'll have them pump my tire up for me. Thank God they were open because I had a nail in my tire which they patched super quick for me charged me only $20 for the patch. I was so thankful I gave Stephen who was working $40 to split as a tip between the four guys that were working. I'm so thankful that they were open and they existed and it was really close to the time they closed and they were just phenomenal . I could've had a very bad experience and these guys completely change my weekend around made sure that I was gonna be able to go on my adventure and amazing service. They worked on my tire right away. read more

Went to get a car wash, paid and drove in. Nothing happened. Had to call the number on the receipt for service. Some guy said he'd be out in 4 minuets. When he came out it said there wasn't a transaction. I showed him the receipt and he tried saying that it was from an hour ago even though we are right on the border of a time zone switch and his phone was showing the wrong time zone. He did say "I will take your word" and turned on the car wash. Bad experience. read more

Our car was in dire need of an immediate wash following our racing excursion on nearby Bonneville Salt Flats Speedway - sides and wheels were completely plastered with salt. We paid for a $12 wash and were very happy with the result. That car came out gleaming!! My partner and I hadn't seen the car looking that good in a while so were sure to take some photos of it looking so revived. Sadly, the vacuum was out of order during our visit so we were not able to give the interior the attention it needed but were so happy to have been able to travel less than 15 min from the Salt Flats for this rescue operation and have the car come out looking so shiny and sparkling read more

Unprofessional and do not work with you if there is a problem! Used the car wash. What a joke!! Not all the sprayers worked, NONE of the brushes worked. My car seriously looked worse after, and it was expensive! It was Christmas Eve so I had to leave a message. I let them know what happened, and that I would like a call back for a refund since their car wash is broke. I don't live in the area so called a few more times with no answer. If they won't even work with someone who had a problem with the car wash I highly doubt they would work anything out with anyone for a mechanical service. Don't go there! read more

If you need an angel for the road to get you to where you need to go safely, this is the mechanic for you. Frank and Tony, a father and son team, took really good care of us. We were able to get a tow there (Thank you AAA) and we got their at closing. We were told they could look at our truck the next day. When the truck was dropped off, they offered a free diagnosis for the truck to make sure we were aware of the problem for my boyfriend to take back to his mechanic and report. Frank offered to do what he could for a reasonable price. Also, Frank offered to drop us off at the closest hotel/motel to give us a stop for the night. (Whaaat? Unheard of!) We reserved our motel and Frank dropped us off at the motel. The following day, Frank pulled up to the motel with our truck worked on and able to drive. Frank was very thorough and communicative about the work needed on the truck. They really took very good care of us. Frank, thank you so much for taking care of us and making sure we could get in the road safely. You really are a business who goes above and beyond for their customer. read more

I went in for a simple oil change. I was informed it would be cash only by a gentleman who obviously didn't want to be working. I went to the nearby ATM and returned. The oil change was fast but the list of items they checked was a lie because I certain fluids were obviously not topped off or checked. Then the very next day a vehicle that is my daily driver on a 100 mile round trip commute suddenly develops a serious coolant leak when it had never leaked before. Of course you can't reach them by phone to discuss this and I can't drive a vehicle leaking coolant so fast the 50 miles to deal with then in person. I don't recommend going here for anything. read more

Waited over and hour and a half. They didn't go over what they had done to my vehicle. They left oil hand prints on my vehicle. Didn't clean any of the spilt oil or other fluids off of my vehicle. They over filled antifreeze. The last thing is they didn't honor the every minute over they take a dollar off. I paid full price for awful service. read more

I recently utilized liked the services available when I broke down on the highway while passing through. I called them on the phone and discussed what was wrong with my dodge diesel prior to having it towed to their facility. I was a bit apprehensive when I arrived and found an oil change facility. They, however, had two certified diesel mechanics working when I arrived. We called around for the part I required and found it available in fields, NV. The shop owner actually drove to fields to retrieve the part (50 miles one way), while one of the mechanic remained past quitting time to repair my truck. Three hours later I was back on the road, truck repaired. I can't express how thankful I was that they went out of their way to help me out. The manager even stopped by to make sure I was pleased and satisfied. I would give them ten stars if I could. read more

Stopped in Wendover for the night and needed an oil change on our diesel truck. The guy working was super! Friendly and courteous. Squeezed us in even though it was getting close to closing time. He was working on another vehicle however he did ours at the same time. Took about 15 minutes. And you get a Fred car wash with the oil change. My dad and I were passing through on our drive from Detroit to Reno, with my new (to me) 2014 RAV4, and when we heard a horrible grinding noise when stopped for gas, we went straight to Grease Monkey in West Wendover. Mike and the guys at the shop jumped right in to determine what the problem was, what parts would be needed, where they were and how to get them here, and what the timing would look like. Mike even went as far as calling some of his family/friends in Salt Lake City where the parts needed to come from to see if anyone could bring them sooner to get us back on the road. After starting the repair work the following day they also called to let us know that only 2 of the 4 brake pads/rotors needed replacing, when we originally thought it might be all 4. These guys truly made a crappy situation as painless as possible, and it's obvious they care about customer service, honesty and the quality of their work - which is hard to find even in a more 'normal' situation close to home with local businesses you know. I so appreciated their thoughtful and friendly approach to getting us back on the road - thank you guys!! read more
