I thought being towed on a Saturday would cost over 500.00 but it was only 265.00 The entire repair including diagnosis and towing was only 1056.12 after tax. I thought that was very inexpensive for the quality of the service. If we are ever in trouble in that part of the world again, I will definitely be calling them! Francisco not only tried to help me figure out what was wrong with the truck, he also called my driver and walked him through how to manually pull up the codes from the dash to attempt to diagnose the problem at no charge. I called Ryder to get someone else and they said he just called 90 minutes later to say he was having problems with their tow truck. When he did finally respond, he mentioned to make sure I notated his name being Eddie, I am attaching screenshots for people to see their lack of professionalism. I received another text from Eddie, pretty much should more than demonstrate the lack of professionalism that this place has. I sent the below screenshots to Ryder higher ups as well as advised them to find better and more professional options. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.
