The car was held for five days at $95/day. According to MapQuest, it is 18 miles from A-1 Towing to Winston - near where the accident occurred. We were charged 33.5 miles - 2 ways, $525 for all the towing fees. It cost us a total of $1000 for towing and storing the vehicle for five days. We had to purchase another car to replace the one that was totaled, ensure my husband recovered from the accident, and also pay high fees for towing and storage.

The towing process was good…read more Upon arrival we were told our issue may possibly be looked at today or tomorrow, explaining that they are short staffed and very busy. Our approximate time of arrival was 12:30pm. At around 4pm I went into the office seeking an update and if they were able to get our coach looked at. Customer service totally is lacking. I was not given an answer or even an approximate time or something to let us know if we would be taken care of tomorrow morning. We are "camping" in a tight area and unable to move our slide rooms out even a little bit. We are staying in their parking lot with our generator running as it is very hot here and wild fire smoke is in the air. My husband suffers from COPD. I have been waiting over 2 years for Kolar tire West to make things right. had a oil change done…read moreand the tech found I had 2 low tires, told them to go ahead and patch them. when I left the shop that afternoon my left front tire and wheel detached from my vehicle destroying my left front hub brake rotor and wheel also bent a lower control arm, gave non repairable damage to the fender. the other tire and wheel on the left rear was loose and destroyed the wheel lug holes. Kolar replace 1 wheel with a non color matching, I had to replace the left rear wheel out of my on pocket. I have never been so disrespected as a customer or as an employee....
