He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

I made the call to Kyle, I have a towing subscription with him, and within 15 min we were on our way to search for my boat and son. Because of Kyle's expertise, it was in the end a safe and secure rescue and tow. Two hours later we were back at the marina. After that Kyle hung the boat in the crane, making sure that nothing can go wrong overnight and at 11.30pm, we all went home. He is my man for water security. A no-nonsense guy. Upon receipt of the notice, I promptly made numerous attempts to contact the company so I could make arrangements to pick up the truck. The line was busy for several days. In the interim, I got extremely sick and have hospital paperwork as well as telephone records to show the efforts I made to reach the company. Today I FINALLY had an opportunity to speak with a representative. As I attempted to get information about how to recover my vehicle, the person that answered spoke to me in a condescending nasty tone despite my professionalism. I asked her mane and she hung up on me. I called back asked for the manager. She laughed and said she was the owner then a man abruptly took over the call. Both parties were very nasty chastising me about parking violation for the vehicle in question as opposed to actually giving me the information on how to get my vehicle. Both representatives verbally abused me about the vehicle being parked in front of my child's apartment then abruptly hung up every single time I tried to respond. Each time, I called back, I advised the call was recorded and informed of my intent to post the link to the call online due the the severity of their nasty disposition. I later called and spoke with the owner Tina Forbes who claimed to be a police officer. She went on and on chastising me about how wrong it was for my child to park his vehicle on "someone else's property....and signs are posted all throughout the community." She then abruptly passed the phone to Anthony who continued the abusive rant and stated "we don't need to know anything about you being in the hospital, our daughter just got out of the hospital." Anthony continued making disparaging remarks about how irresponsible it was for my child to park the truck. I tried to explain multiple times that the vehicle was parked in front of my son's apartment but neither party would allow me to speak. They were loud and downright MEAN!. I called internal affairs to report Tina claiming to be a police officer. I tried to call back with the Internal Affairs investigating corporal on conference call but FMR towing sent my subsequent calls to voicemail. I am very disappointed because I have collaborated with the police department for a number of years and made countless community service donations and even received a plethora of awards and recognitions.. My experience with the owner has made me reevaluate my contributions to the police department. I will be creating an MP3 file of the calls to prove how egregiously mean the owner has been to me. She did not have to be so nasty! I will work not back down on my internal affairs complaint and make sure my calls are made public. It is inexcusable for the owner to be so nasty and abusive! I will be filing a lawsuit to recover reasonable reimbursement for the charges during the time that I was sick as well as the time I could not reach the company. I wasn't able to be there when he picked up or dropped of the car but he made sure to walk me through the process. He was very familiar with the shop he was taking my car to, which helped put my mind at ease. Excellent customer service! I'd give a hundred stars if possible.
