After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.
