He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

Because of Kyle's expertise, it was in the end a safe and secure rescue and tow. Two hours later we were back at the marina. LITERALLY the nicest man you could ever speak to answered the phone. Took all my info. Told me the VERY reasonable price and when they'd have the car delivered. I wasn't able to be there when he picked up or dropped of the car but he made sure to walk me through the process.
