We search 24 hour tow truck companies, and all Maryland Tow popped up I was immediately drawn to the business name because it indicates that this owner is available for all of Maryland. We called him he showed up he was prompt. He was completely professional, and friendly I would recommend this business to anyone especially women stuck on the side of the road. I felt very safe and that is what's most important to me! He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

My truck had a noise when driving using cruise control on the highway that was intermittent. Kevin and his crew did an inspection to the front and rear brake and was determined that I didn't need new pads and or rotors, in fact I had over 50% of pads left.
