My oldest friend and I are turning 60 years old this year and wanted to travel to Key West, Florida. Judy Sontag, as usual, was the consummate travel professional. She has assisted my family of 4 adults to Portugal and last summer 2023 to Greece with the utmost care and attention to detail. Key West Fl was fabulous as well. She booked us into the lovely "Oceans Edge Resort & Marina' which was the perfect Resort. Great location on the Marina with beautiful sunsets, immaculate big elegant rooms w/ huge bathrooms, 6 pools, lively Bar/Restaurant, athletic facilities for jet skis, kayaking and bicycling. We had a ball. It also had an all day shuttle that ran to Duval St. where the bars, restaurants & numerous shops are. It was a pleasure to return at night to our wonderful resort & take a dip in the pool. Judy booked the perfect DIRECT flight from Newark Airport, NJ to Key West & arrived in less than 3 hours.We had the perfect 5 days to celebrate our 60th Birthdays. My husband & I will always utilize Judy's talents, skills and travel expertise when we travel. The next trip will be to Scotland to celebrate my husband's retirement. It was a long time ago but we booked travel with Tammy and when we gave her our American Express card we specifically said it was for her agency only and not to share it. Well, she gave it to a guy in Miami who had a suspended license and he in turn gave it to another South American company we couldn't confirm as being in business. Lots more to say but no need now. Tammy has trouble with telling the truth, exaggerates her education, publications, and experience. She now has a Greek donut bakery or she did last year. read more

run don't walk from this group of people- including Terri Levent and her mother. they booked our family at the dreams onyx resort punta Cana which was a night mare as our son had an anaphylactic reaction to nuts. elite assured us of the resort's safety plan - nine of it was true. elette didn't share information completely or readily after the trip in navigating the insurance we had prepaid. Ee had to leave early than planned due to the allergy. nit only did they withhold information ( she couldn't "find it" ) but charged us again to arrange transportation - wouldn't return this money. she was hostile and uncommunicative when we returned. money amatuers. these all inclusive d should be booked directly with a hotel operater and not through a. travel agent. even the Hyatt folks told us that at the hotel. we are out of pocket close to 2000k and we're struggling with dreams to get reimbursed for our sons ambulance , flights and hospitalization. it's been a nightmare . read more

Tammy Levent is extremely unprofessional, I literally have never been talked to the way she did, and as a business owner. This woman needs to drink a bottle of wine and get laid. I went to a bridal expo a few months back and won a trip from them. I went to go contact the lady who's name is Katie and couldn't get ahold of her. So I called the agency and finally Katie responded back to my email. I was told that they need to get a certificate from the resort and than we could proceed further. Months went by and still nothing, mind you this prize expires at the end of this year. So of course I want information. I called today because I wanted to know if they got the certificate yet and I got ahold of Tammy who is the owner of this agency and she made that very clear while on the phone with me. I told her that I've been trying to get in touch with the agent and she proceeded to tell me that they have been extremely busy. I understand people get busy but you're running a business that makes it very difficult to get information and get in contact with. She kept talking over me and would barely let me get a word it. Excuses after excuses. I think because I'm not paying them or extending the stay they are treating me like garbage. She is very condescending. Why offer a grand prize to people if you don't want to deal with it? she literally said blah blah blah I'm not listening to this and hung up the phone on me because I got upset with the way she was treating me. She is a KAREN all the way. Told me in an email that I need to chill. Really? unbelievable. Don't not use them. It's not worth it I promise you. I googled her and found a lot of bad reviews on her specifically. Glad to know I'm not the only one. read more

I've been using Elite Travel for more than three years to make travel arrangements, and even have been talking with them about the possibility of having a destination wedding and honeymoon. They make travel so easy, even for complicated trips like mine. They're really responsive to questions, give you all the information you could want, and they've gotten to know me so well that they can recommend places they know I'll like that are in my budget. I go to them if I want to know where to find a good deal on a resort, they're on top of it! Sure, you can book flights and hotels online, but why book your trip in a way that gets you no customer service? They got me to England, India, Tokyo and back to California without a hitch, and made a crazy round-the-world trip like that simple. read more

We always booked our own travel, but when we decided to do a two week trip to Spain I thought a travel agent would have been the way to go. The booking process was cumbersome and communication was redundant. All in all the vacation was great, but we really didn't like a lot of her choices and ended up changing the trip, losing money we paid and booking different hotels. One of the reasons she said it would be better to work with her rather than Expedia, was for the service. NOT! I can't tell you how many times she was supposed to get back to me and I got excuses like her car broke down, her grand kids were sick or she had to take her dog to the vet. The two times I needed her to help facilitate on the trip she just referred me to the 800 number because her phone wasn't working and it was her birthday and she was having a family day. So much for service! Do your own research - book through Expedia. I'm sure you'll save time and money. Elite Travel is a perfect example of why travel agents have essentially gone out of business. Over promises and UNDER delivering. read more

If zero stars was an option I would definitely give it to Tammy Levent. I have never had a more unprofessional experience. She insisted on selling me a honeymoon vacation to Jamaica that I could not afford and when I asked for alternatives, she got extremely angry, cussed me out, and refunded my deposit. Luckily we had plenty of time to book a very affordable trip with Cheapcaribbean com to Dominican Republic where we stayed at the Hard Rock Punta Cana for a fraction of the price. Tammy needs to research the definitions of Anger Management, Customer Satisfaction, and the concept of basic math before moving forward. Stay FAR away from her and her company! read more

I have not taken a vacation in over 10 years; I run multiple restaurants-and being the CEO in this industry does not allow one take "personal R&R." A friend came to visit and told me, "you need Tammy Levent." I laughed it off and the nice thought drifted away. My boyfriends 30th Birthday was coming up, and I wanted to do something over the top, the first person that came to mind was Tammy. I called her just to see what my options were, just to see my options...I am the type of person that likes to think before I act on anything, not with Tammy. By the end of the conversation, she had my flight booked, hotel, destination (Wild Orchid, Jamaica), she was just what I needed, a perfect get-away. She sent me her book, (with my schedule it took me awhile to read it) but when I did, I understood, she knew exactly what type of trip my boyfriend and I needed because she works just as hard! I have never met such a caring person over a trip. She made us feel like VIPs the ENTIRE vacation! We got off the plane, had a personal assistant to escort us through the 900 (literally) customs line, she had top-of-the-line treatment from A to Z. The details, they amazed me...everything just seemed so easy. We didnt have to worry about anything. Checking in-the excursions, reservations, premium packages to checking out. It was all done. She knew exactly what we wanted. She took the time to really get to understand my lifestyle and what type of vacation we both could really use. She wasn't pushy, didn't give me a sales pitch, just talked to me to see how she could help. Wild Orchid..the most beautiful place I have ever seen, the staff was absolutely amazing, the food was quality, everything was just perfect. It was Heaven. I realize getting some time away is just good for the soul, it rejuvenates a person. I will take vacations, every year-and I will always, always use Elite Travel. I wouldnt have it any other way. I just came home from a 10 day vacation from Hawaii that was set up by Judy Sontag. Every hotel we stayed in was top notch it really was a once in a lifetime trip and I attribute that to Judy. My Mom and I both had the greatest time from the exertions to the rental cars to every plane we had not one snag. Judy is very professional and thinks of the people she is setting up the trip for thank you Judy for one of the greatest I have taken so far and hope to take many more in the future. I usually set up my own trips and they go smoothly but I think with Judy I saved money and got better hotels and she gave us better ideas for excursions thanks again Judy!! read more

well, where do I start... my spouse and I booked a trip to New York just after Christmas and Tammy Levent created our trip. It started out we were 36 hours away from leaving and not getting any conformation of hotel or air travel lines information. We needed to call her multiple times and she was very condenscending in nature. Little did we know were to be at a 4 star hotel, king size bed with a view. When we saw our room, it was not much larger than the bed, in which was a double bed that sagged to the floor... no bathroom space... We made the Hotel manager get us a room with at least a queen bed.. Ok, that would of been fine but there was no heat in our room and it was 12 degrees outside... Then we learned that it was our Travel agent that booked us in a room with that double bed... Also, she tried to sell us two tickets to the Rockettes for $400.00. We turned her down as we got two tickets for under $140.00. She also charged us $200.00 for transportation to and from the airport and we learned the fare would not cost more than $80.00 total.. I will never book again with this agent. read more
