I needed four ginormous trees in four different very awkward locations, removed. They were looming over buildings, adjacent to electrical wires, up hills, on edges. Every single one, large and so awkward. Knoll & Sons were incredibly pleasant, professional and great to work with... well, I didn't do any of the work, but they sure as heck did, and I did get a ring side show to some fascinating and intricately choreographed work. When they say 'you won't know they were there,' they mean it. Every evening for four days, the street, the alley, the yard, everything looked cleaner and better than when they arrived that morning.
